This condo upgraded the furnishings and finishes. We want this to be a ‘home away from home’ for guests and a place you look forward to staying at. We love the South-facing Veranda that overlooks a lake with lots of wildlife and the long 3rd hole on the Estuary Course. The sunrises can be spectacular. The Main Living Room has recliners and a very relaxing sofa, dining table and a breakfast nook. We offer WIFI, phone, full range of TV channels, ROKU and the ability to have a remote office (with a Laser printer on site). Our Kitchen will please even the most discerning chef with all the appliances, equipment, crockery and utensils you could possibly need. The Master Suite has king bed, sofa and TV, 2 large walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom. The Guest Rooms, with a queen and king/2 single options, are separated from the Master, have water views from the back of the condo, and a shared bathroom. There is a laundry room and private garage. We also provide 2 bikes at no additional cost. Small pets are welcome but smoking is definitely not allowed. The local community pool is a short walk away.
