ONE PARTICULAR HARBOUR LOCATED ON THE ANNA MARIA ISLAND SOUND OFFERS AN AWARD WINNING WATERFRONT RESORT LIVING ON FLORIDA'S LAST PRIVATE ISLAND. This new community One Particular Harbour overlooks the sparkling waters of Anna Maria Sound just moments from Anna Maria Island.

This spacious three bedroom lagoon-view condo sleeps 7 and features a king in the master -en suite has a walk in shower , queen in the 2nd en-suite bedroom with a full bath, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. A pullout sofa is available for extra guests. Offers a large granite island kitchen with comfortable seating in the living room. Enjoy casual entertaining or more formal dining. New stainless steel appliances include dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, range, small wine refrigerator and refrigerator. Large screened lanai with patio table and chairs.

2 beach bikes ( to be kept in storage), beach chairs, and beach towels makes this the perfect vacation spot.

Breathtaking sunset views of Florida's Favorite Beach Community! Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal. A large mangrove preserve on the east side. One Particular Harbour offers easy access to Sarasota and Tampa via US 41 and I-75.

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, located at the entrance of the Resort.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

From picking up the keys to extending our stay two extra nights because we just did not want to leave. This condo is clean, safe, so close to the best beaches in Florida, and quiet!! The most relaxing vacation I've had in years! Thank you for letting us stay in your little slice of heaven!!

We absolutely Loved our stay at this Condo! It had everything we could possibly need and more — from Coffee and Tea to a wide variety of Games that kept us entertained for hours on the enclosed patio that was so Beautiful and such a relaxing spot to spend time. The condo was thoughtfully stocked and made it feel like a true home away from home. Parking was easy and secure behind a gate, which gave us peace of mind, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us and we look forward to staying with you again in the future!

This place is very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was very clean. My youngest enjoyed that there were Paw Patrol dishes.

Beautiful Place

The condo was beautiful. The listing and pictures were accurate. Loved the well stocked kitchen, lovely lanai, security gate, closeness to the beaches, walking trail, etc, etc. I could go on and on. Great place to stay! Hated to leave to go back to cold weather in Indiana.

Great location with amenities

Nice property across the bridge from Anna Marie island. The bikes were great to tour the island. One of the best places we stayed because of the amenities. The pool and splash pad were great for the kids plus is only $200 to rent a boat for half a day at the Marina.

Summer Vacation 2021

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to Anna Maria, just right before your go over the bridge. It was well stocked with appliances, beach items and our teenagers enjoyed using the 2 very nice bicycles to bike to island daily. The decor was very nice and still very cozy. We will be back!

Well equipped condo

The condo had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The bikes/beach chairs and towels were a bonus. The only negative…We would have liked to walk and ride bikes in the back part of the property.

Excellent location and Beautiful Condo

Our family truly enjoyed everything about this condo and the location. The pool is right outside the condo, the beach is a mile away and there is a restaurant at the end of the parking lot. You really wouldn't ever have to get in your car once you are there unless you want to explore Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bikes, a scooter and everything you need for the beach and pool. Will be back.

An ahhhh moment <3

The room was so nice. The welcome package was extremely appreciated and thoughtful as we traveled for many hours to arrive at our destination. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was provided. We enjoyed time with our family and friends. The washer and dryer was a wonderful and needed item. We loved the beaches (we went to several beaches). Someday, I hope to buy a place like this and be an awesome host for those who really need a break from such a busy life. Thank you.

Comfortable Condo near beaches

It was relatively easy to gain access to the condo although we got into town late. Clean and comfortable. Looks new. Close to Anna Maria Island and all the beaches. Biggest complaint is we could not use all the amenities. The pool was small and noisy. Unfortunate smell of sewer? Near boat area

Our rental with IVP went smoothly and the condo where we stayed on Aruba Circle was excellent. Well appointed, clean and charming. Being a corner unit the lanai provided welcoming breezes. Most of all we enjoyed having our Cavalier King Charles being with us. The area is very pet friendly and the walks around the lagoon were lovely. All in all a lovely vacation.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Condo was spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. Loved the screened in porch. It was very peaceful overlooking the lagoon and listening to the birds. Lock to the sliding glass door was broken and reported on our arrival. It did not get fixed during our stay and made us feel a bit uneasy. Heated pool is a short walk away and very nice. Splash pad was cool and refreshing. Beds were a bit hard and could use a pillow top or memory foam pad. Plenty of hot water. Unit came with 5 beach chairs and plenty of towels for the beach. Anna Maria was a short drive over the bridge and is where we spent most of our time. A guidebook would have been helpful to navigate how to use the AC and TV. Overall, we loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed minus beach towels and washcloths. The host even added an extra personalized piece with our stay. We are thankful for those who open up their homes to us. The gas grills on the property were outstanding as well. The pool was great and was shallow enough for our four and five year-old to swim in. If you are worried about being off the island for your stay, don’t be! It took only a few minutes for us to get there every morning. Island Vacation Properties provided us with incredible customer service. there was always someone available when I needed something answered. I felt like I was always in the loop. We will use them again in the future!
