Set on 38 acres this 1878 Victorian Italianate has over 3,100 sqft of inside living space with 10' high ceilings including kitchen, lounge, and dinning space. We offer high-speed internet, games and eclectic furnishings.

The space
Ash Row Estate is located in the heart of Prince Edward County.
Included for your enjoyment:
- Free unlimited internet with booster
- Apple TV with Netflix, Disney + and Prime TV
- Cooper foosball table
- Assorted board games, poker, cards
- a library
- Harvest table in barn
- fire pit
- Propane BBQ
- High-quality beds, linens, towels and pillows
Families safety:
We offer family friendly amenities. Being parents to two amazing kids under four we understand safety is a concern for every parent.
These Include:
- baby gate
- pack n' play crib
- baby tub
- some assorted toys
- IKEA plastic utensils, bowls, plates, and cups.
All of these items are inside the west adjoining bedroom closet. Only request is to insure it is cleaned/sanitized once put away for future guests with little ones.
The Kitchen:
Save some money and dine in!
Here at Ash Row Estate we offer a large kitchen equipped with everything a family may need.
Kitchen includes:
Large roasting pans, pots, cutting boards, cookie tray, mixing bowls, ladle, potatoe masher, measuring cups and spoons.
- Assorted knifes, cutlery, tea kettle, etc.
Outside: Who doesn't enjoy a season round BBQ? Grill up those burgers and vegetables while watching the young ones play outside.
Offering 4 bedrooms, plus a kids second level bonus space with three twins
and a cozy couch nook. Two bathrooms and separate living areas in the house, there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather - and to have some personal space too.
With over 40 wineries, a dozen craft breweries, Belleville's close shopping centre, the beaches, trails, parks, charming local shops, an ever-growing foodie scene and a thriving arts community, there is something for everyone here.
