No interaction with owner needed as entry to property was through a smart access system - no key exchange required.

Beautiful view and location

What a wonderful house! Clean, nicely decorated, family friendly, well equipped kitchen, with pots, pants, dishes, utensils, etc. I could not even recommend anything to make it better! It was perfect for our family of 6 exploring Russell and Paihia via foot, ferry cruise, and R. Tucker Thompson tall ship . Thank you for a wonderful home and wonderful property manager who responded immediately to any questions/texts. We would love to stay here again!
