This rental was just what we wanted! Super cozy, close to town, and with a nice kitchen to cook in.

Comfortable condo

I would like to give this a 4.5 Star rating but that’s not an option. Communication with owner was great! Beds were all comfy, our grandkids loved the 4 different levels, kitchen had everything the description said so it was easy enough to make meals. Quiet area, even with it being a highly occupied area by looks of the parking lot. I let the owner know that a couple of the wall heaters weren’t working and that my adult kids couldn’t figure out how to work the baseboard heaters in their bedrooms. So directions might be nice to add. Overall, we had a nice stay at this condo.

Family celebration

Condo worked out great for 3 couples. Nice quiet spot just close enough to the busy Mammoth entertainment areas. We appreciated the shade trees on the property too as we were in the middle of the July heat wave. Owner instructions were great, Ken was a fine host.

Smooth as silk . . .even for a 1st timer.

Perfect setting for our short, family snow getaway. Check in process was simple and easy to follow. The sleeping arrangements for 3 adults and four kids (9,10,11,12) were excellent. Easy access to shops, restaurants and slopes. All of us enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Love the Snowcreek location; needs some attention to details

The condo location and configuration worked out well for our group. Beds were comfortable and the living and dining rooms accommodated us well. There were lots of empty drawers and closets in bedroom for storing gear which we appreciated, but scale and placement of some furniture was awkward though functional enough. We were disappointed with the amount of clutter, especially in the kitchen area and around the TV. In the kitchen, decorations and appliances took away from bar eating area and counter space for food prep and storage. In the living area, wires around the TV and dust and cobwebs on high up surfaces were unsightly. Despite detailed directions left by the owner for heating the unit, we struggled with keeping the living areas warm (stormy weather and lack of kindling/fire starting material we’re stacked against us; we did bring some newspaper as recommended by the owner communication before the trip, but not enough and we had to buy fire starters and matches). Overall, the unit worked well for our group and we had a decent week. We were unlucky with weather which impacted the heating and gave us a water issue we needed to communicate with the owner and property manager about. Both were prompt and responsive communicators but the issue did negatively impact our stay.

Beautiful setting

House was well supplied with cooking utensils and paper products. Lots of steps to get around in the house, at 10,000 feet. Definitely got some exercise. Beds very comfortable, house was very clean. Might bring some outdoor chairs if we go again, nice views from the yard in front,
