Ocean Grove is a well serviced expanding township that is situated 24klms South East of Geelong. The excellent swimming beach extends from the Barwon River mouth at Barwon Heads all the way to Point Lonsdale lighthouse a distance of approx 9.5klm.

The front of the house looks out to views towards Port Phillip Heads and ships can be seen approaching and leaving the Port Phillip Bay.

NOTE The property is only available for rental over the summer period.

The property is a comfortable light filled haven ready for your relaxing stay in Ocean Grove. The house consists of 2 living areas 1 large formal lounge and 1 family room, both living areas have R/C air-conditioning. There are 2 large screen Tv"s in the living areas with dvd units as well as a 150 DVD library for your use. Free internet access is also included.

There are 2 meals areas 1 formal 1 informal and a well equipped central kitchen. All the living, dining and kitchen overlook onto the large courtyard (and fernery) which is a securely gated and fenced, that also has a built in BBQ and an outdoor setting.

The kitchen is well equipped including electric cooktop and wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc with many appliances and accessories.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large TV, walk-in robe and good sized ensuite with twin vanities shower & toilet with a hairdryer supplied.

Bedroom 2 has queen bed, wardrobe and built in wall & drawers units.

Bedroom 3 has a double bed with single bunk above and a walk in robe and inbuilt desk.

The main Bathroom is positioned centrally to bedroom 2 & 3 and includes shower bath and a vanity. Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

The 2 queen bedrooms have a televisions, including clock radios and USB charging facilities.

All beds are supplied with summer weight doonas (with covers) as well as pillows & blankets are supplied. There is a $100.00 linen supplied fee which includes all sheets, pillow cases, bath towels (2 per person) and bath mats. NOTE if you wish to bring your own linen the linen fee can be deducted at your request, in this case you will need bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The large laundry is equipped with a large top load washing machine and dyer. The rear yard has a full sized clothesline as well as small undercover line under the back verandah.

The double garage located at the front of the property provides secure parking for 2 vehicles has remote control doors for easy access.

It is approx a 14 minute walk to the closest beach which is to the east of the main beach.

There is an excellent choice of restaurants in the area and 4 supermarkets (the property is situated between 2 shopping centres and the main street) the closest within a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk of the property.

Locally there is a good choice of holiday attractions in the area
