Perfect spot for a beach vacation

We had a great stay at the "Seagull Retreat". Comfortable furnishings, lovely decor, welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Loved how close we were to the beach and pool. Thank you Billy and Bonnie for everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Retreat

Property and location were nice. The family was able to enjoy the quick access to a non crowded beach that was fun to play. Close to the bridge and restaurants it was a great find.

Wonderful experience

This was such a great place to stay. The owners were very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of even bringing over a new play yard for the baby. Will definitely book this one again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is well taken care of and extremely clean! The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated having the use of a wagon, chairs and other beach supplies. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Atlantic Beach.

Beautiful & Clean unit overlooking ocean

Billy & Bonnie are fantastic host. They are very accommodating and available at anytime. We stayed here this past summer and immediately fell in love! Thus, we booked again for this October weekend and was not disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Top Notch Accommodations

The Seagull Retreat is truly top notch! It’s beautifully furnished and decorated, and it’s fully equipped. The owners have thought of everything, from providing beach accessories to games to play. It’s a lovely place. It was very clean, as well, which is nice. I love being able to walk in and start my vacation with no complaints. The balcony offers nice views, as well. We’d definitely stay again!

More than worth it!

Overall, the condo was an amazing place to stay and was very clean. The condo had nice décor, was spacious, and had easy beach access. Also, the response to any questions I had was promptly answered. We will be returning...hopefully sooner than later

Beach vacation with adult children

Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a convenient location. Walk up third floor location seemed daunting in the heat upon our arrival but we quickly changed our perspective to look at it as excercise! We spent a week here with our two adult children and had a nice time together and had a chance to enjoy the beautiful crystal coast together. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Last minute trip

This was our first time to Atlantic Beach and it was a very last minute trip. We only stayed 4 nights. This rental was perfect for us! The description is exactly right. Billy is a great host and checked in with us. We had no issues and will be happy to recommend this place. It is oceanfront but you do have some walking from the boardwalk to the ocean. It is so worth the peace and quiet this beach offers!

Perfect Beach Get Away!

The condo was ideal for our vacation! The description of the property was spot on, decorated perfectly for a beach house, and the thought they put into the items in the condo enhanced our stay (starter kit of toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs-umbrella-toys-wagon, games for the family, and plenty of seating in the living room); they put a lot of thought into the details, and it really showed! The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond ensuring that we had a list of ideas for activities and their personal favorite restaurants. The keyless entry was a nice touch so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key at the beach, and when we were doing different activities, we didn’t have to worry about being locked out! The overall property is well maintained, quiet/safe, and great for adults and families alike. The only downside were the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), but it made for great forced exercise and great views of the beach from the balcony! We would absolutely rent this unit again!
