“Very disappointing experience”
Yes-photos are what you get. Cleanliness for me is a big deal & w/ a toddler. Some of the dishes were placed away dirty and they are not stocked up with certain simple items such as a can opener for example. FYI. My stay was horrific‼️The staff & service at this property as it’s a hotel with condos is terrible‼️They never answer the phone and you have to physically go downstairs to get any assistance.
I booked to enjoy a beach vacation. The elevators broke right after I got there & this unit is on a 32nd floor. I called the front desk and management company non stop as the sounds from the alarms going off were so alarming during the weekend. Calling the entire weekend I never got 1 call back or anyone to answer at the front desk. The mgmt company which is the point of contact for this unit couldn’t get a hold of them. I ended up calling the police & fire more than once. With a toddler I couldn’t carry all his stuff & go down 32 flights of stairs w/ him. I was “stuck” much of the time in the unit. The elevators were closed off & when they did get them to work they took 6 people at a time & you had to set it up w/ security whom I couldn’t ever get a hold of. The staff was rude & they had 1 person working a front desk at a high traffic property during memorial weekend w/ non functioning elevators. This made me a nervous wreck. When I reached out to the mgmt company for compensation, they did not return 1 dollar after all this! Expensive & Bad service. BEWARE‼️
