We just had a girls trip last week here with 5 ladies. We had the best time. Oscar was amazing to work with. He was very helpful and responded quickly. The view was amazing and it was nice to have the pool and the beach. It was close to a lot of areas.

View was nice! Bathrooms were slightly dirty in the showers. There was a whole in the kitchen wall. There were also ants still in kitchen. A little small for a family of 6 but still nice. Great access to pool and beach.

From the owner: "I am very sorry for your disappointment. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable property for our guests. As you may know, insects can be a common issue in Florida, and we have the property professionally treated for pests on a monthly basis as part of our regular maintenance. Regarding the hole behind the refrigerator, I sincerely apologize that you saw it during your stay. The kitchen had been undergoing repairs due to water damage caused by a previous guest, and unfortunately, the work was not fully completed before your arrival. That issue has since been repaired. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and again, I apologize for any inconvenience during your stay."

The host, Oscar, was welcoming and very helpful through the check in process. The view from the condo was amazing. The condo itself had everything we needed. Access to the pool and beach was easy.

View was amazing! Room was nice, clean. A lot of rules on the property. Valet guy at front door not friendly. After 5 arrival is confusing. Get parking through valet guy. Pay him and get temporary pass until office opens next day. Host and Oscar are very friendly! Only things I would request to change. Furniture on patio needs renewed and blankets on bed need to be a little heavier.

Host was very responsive to questions and accomadating. We loved the balcony. Private area with a great view. 80 degrees and sunny most of our November stay. Living area spacious and clean. We liked the locked building and felt safe here.

Nice view and location. Check in was complicated but appreciated the care takers walking me through that process which made it less confusing. Unit was very clean but out dated. Knew that from pictures But upon arrival it was more apparent it needs updating. We only chose this unit because of sleeping arrangements. They’re some nicer units at same price. There was a hole in wall behind fridge. A couple times I saw a few tiny bugs on counter but not excessive. The A/C did not keep up with FL temps! Even at night. Woke up hot several times. Overall we still had a great stay despite these inconveniences. Plenty of towels and blankets but only 2 bathroom wash clothes for 5 people.

Hi there, We've followed up with the property manager, and they wanted to share their response: -We’re glad you enjoyed the view, location, cleanliness, and support during check-in. -We appreciate your feedback regarding the condo’s appearance and understand it may have felt more dated in person, though the listing photos accurately reflect the space. -The repair behind the refrigerator was related to prior water damage and has since been fully completed. -As is common in Florida, occasional insects may appear despite regular professional pest prevention service. -We’re sorry the A/C struggled to keep up with the warmer temperatures and that there were not enough washcloths stocked for your group. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad you still had a great overall stay.

Pros: gorgeous view, beach chairs and umbrella in the closet to use, hair dryers in bathroomsCons: complicated check in process, paint peeling on doors / walls, decorative pillow cases smelled like an animal barn, chair missing (as was in the pictures advertised), ants in the kitchen (looked like they were coming from the hole in the wall behind the fridge), half outlets / lamps worked, hazy windows restricting the gorgeous view, super strict pool staff (very empty pool area, daughter left her towel / sandals / prescription glasses on one chair while she was in the pool, and the staff took them after 30 minutes.. even her prescription eye glasses!).

Great location!! Could never get tv to work in primary bedroom. Lamps in 2nd bedroom were missing switch to turn on. Only could use one lamp. Over all place was clean. Kitchen was dated. But the view from balcony makes up for anything else!

Nice Place

The online listing was totally accurate and the place was very nice. Oscar made the check in process doable, otherwise it's a little confusing but he was a great help! The view and beach are incredible.
