Magnifique vue sur le lac! Grand porche! Maison nouvellement construite!

Branding Iron à Chinquapin est une maison nouvellement construite de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains. Branding Iron est situé à environ 12 minutes du carrefour des caissiers et à six minutes du début du sentier Panthertown Valley. Le salon dispose d'un foyer au gaz et d'une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine de style cuisine avec bar pour le petit-déjeuner est bien équipée pour cuisiner, vous pouvez donc faire le plein d'une journée sur les sentiers de la vallée de Panthertown. La chambre principale a un lit King et une télévision à écran plat avec une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit Queen avec une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Le porche arriÚre donne sur le lac et le foyer.

Perfect family getaway lake house!!

Perfect house! Loved the fire pit, fire table on the porch, and fireplace in the house. This Florida family enjoyed the cold weather and warming up by our fire of choice! The community had so many great amenities! We arrived just after Christmas and driving through the Christmas tree farms to get to the house was magical!! Can’t wait to visit in the warmer weather!

Overall very good property.Clean,cozy.Cookware pans are burned out. Everything sticks to pans.Grill was dirty and not serviced to include out of gas.Fireplace in house not working but service tech can out and repaired quickly.Nice place just needs a little TLC.Would stay there again.

Very nice location and views. The kitchen is a galley kitchen with little room for two. And no place for 4 people to eat together at a table. The mattress are soft. It’s a nice cabin but needs some TLC.

Fall in Cashiers!

Had a fabulous stay at Branding Iron for our anniversary. The property is located in Chinquapin - a beautiful community near Cashiers. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property and the location. The home was well-stocked and immaculate - we'll be back soon!

Lake Front Cottage

Branding Iron is a cute 2 br cottage. Both king bedrooms are like primary bedrooms, except one has a bathroom with heated floors. We loved sitting out on the back porch watching for wildlife. We saw a hawk one morning, deer across the lake, and a bald eagle in the evening. Great location near the front of Chinquapin.

Peaceful cabin on the pond

The house was very clean and had all amenities and tools you could want or need in the kitchen. Nice back porch where we had our coffee every morning. Really pretty location.

Quiet and next to Panthertown Valley hiking

Great view of Wolf Pond. Fire pit on rear deck was nice. Kitchen had what we needed. Bedding was good. Great location to access Salt Gap parking for P-town hiking. Dining areas only seat 2 persons which was okay for us.

Perfect for a Family

It appeared on the newer side and was very clean. Furniture was great, beds were great, bathrooms were awesome. Kitchen was well stocked. The house contained everything we needed. The best part about this rental is full access to the amenities available in the neighborhood it is a part of. We played putt putt, hit golf balls on the driving range, hiked to 2 private water falls onsite, and even participated in a 4th of July event that was happening at the "clubhouse". Location was perfect for things we did on Lake Glenville, in Downtown Cashiers, and in downtown Highlands. Great rental and highly recommend.

Positives: Nice - clean - new updated - great feel- great bathrooms - loved the fireplace Lacking - could use a hook or two in bath for towels Bed was way too soft for me but you could tell was quality - just too soft Could use a coat rack near door Had to move the window high-top table out so we could all 4 eat together and play cards b/c kitchen table only seats 2 Nothing (unless we missed it) told us about where the garbage was to be dumped - just that it was to be placed in the dumpster up the road - give specifics on this type info

Nice property with a good view overlooking pond. Incorrect description of trash disposal site. This needs to be corrected for future visitors. The floors appeared not to have been vacuumed prior to our arrival. Otherwise, accommodations were very nice.

Great place except for a few issues

This was a nice property other than few things. Most of them were just personal preferences such as the Master bath had a freestanding sink instead of a sink within a cabinet with drawers for storage. I found many toys and a couple of kids shoes in drawers in the guess bedroom which I assume were either left by the owner or another renter, which I had to move for use of the drawers. In previous VRBO rentals. we have found all rooms free of clutter. However, the fact that the wood floors were sticky throughout the house was the most disconcerting. It seemed they had not been cleaned sufficiently.

Nature Calls!!! A Hidden Treasure!!

This cabin worked well for two couples. Nicely positioned near hiking trails, Panthertown National Forest, Lake Glenville, and beautiful waterfalls within the neighborhood- check out Charlie Falls! We saw a mother bear and cub cross the road, deer, and enjoyed looking out onto the small pond behind cabin. Cashiers and Highlands are so close and perfect for shopping and dining excursions. This cabin is RIGHT outside the gate to the left. Definitely recommend this cabin for location, and beautiful surroundings! Gas for fire pit needed refilled along with batteries for remote to indoor gas fireplace but did not mind doing since it was great to go to Zoellers to look around! Thank you for the hospitality!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was beautiful, very clean and well laid out. I wish we could have stayed longer!
