This house is located in Granite Preserve community with a premier golf course and offers heated swimming pool, spas, tennis courts, hiking trails. etc. This house has 4 bedrooms and 21/2 baths, an open floor plan with soaring ceilings. Large living/dining room as well as a family room that opens into the gourmet kitchen with granite and tile. Built in BBQ in a private backyard with grass . Large 3 car garage on the in a gated community.
