Ven a ver nuestra increíble casa de 4 pisos (5,500 pies cuadrados), multifamiliar con 3 terrazas privadas con vista al hermoso paisaje del lago Norman. Con más de 200 pies de costa enclavada en una ensenada privada grande y profunda, ideal para pescar, nadar, practicar deportes acuáticos y mucho más. Disculpe nuestro progreso ya que estamos completando una remodelación del patio trasero para acomodar la vida al aire libre adicional (ver fotos de progreso)

this was a family reunion for seventeen of us and the house was perfect! The owners were very responsive, check in was easy, as was check out. The bedrooms were super with at least one on every level, which was a plus for our oldest relative not having to go up and down stairs. The lake was fantastic, keeping the kids busy all day, along with a little ping pong, air hockey and tv. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Guys Golf

We have a traveling Guys Golf outing every year. It's always difficult to find a location that can hold a large group of adult's comfortably but this place was perfect. Great location, plenty of beds and rooms to accommodate all. Would definitely recommend and return.

Spacious, clean house in great location

The house was in a beautiful location on an awesome lake that was nice and warm and inviting. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to take advantage of relaxation and fun on the lake from multiple kayaks to floaties and even a large foam mat. During our stay they even had a new inflatable mat and a jet ski dock delivered as well! This was awesome considering we brought our jet ski from Miami and had been just tying it up to the dock. There was plenty of rope and bumpers to help secure a jet ski on their dock and it handled well during an afternoon thunderstorm without getting banged up. The dock was perfect to accommodate the pontoon we rented as well and it was easy to park it there. We loved the house with the fun room/game room that also slept all the kids in our group comfortably. There were 17 of us total in the house and it was very comfortable for our large group. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need to multiple sizes of pots and pans, large skillet for pancakes, Keurig, serving bowls and utensils and more. We even found a cheese grater! The 2nd fridge in garage came in super handy to keep all our bottles of water cold too. They even had a cooler which came in handy! The outside patios and dining area off the kitchen was really nice and we enjoyed the views of the lake! I highly recommend this house for a large reunion of up to 18.

Memorial Day Weekend

This Lake Norman waterfront home was incredible for our families with young children. This was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stay in. The owners were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and hope it’s available for the same weekend next year.

Family Christmas Retreat

The home was the perfect space for our yearly “Christmas House” on Lake Norman. Lots of space for multiple generations to spread out and also a large, open main level for gathering altogether. The owners were helpful and provided all the details and info one could need. We appreciated all the extra amenities and necessities in the pantry, including Christmas decor. From the teens to the grandparents, everyone was happy to be in this lovely home for our holiday celebration.

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

This property is beautiful. The owner kept in touch with us and made us aware of all we needed to know. There are all the comforts of home that you need. My family has used Vrbo for years to find a house large enough to accommodate our needs. This place is perfect! Spacious, beautiful, well maintained. The playroom carpet needs a good deep cleaning, but I think that is expected for a carpeted playroom in a property that is used as a Vrbo! It is a playroom! Lots of things to do for the kids. Bring DVDS if you have them, there's a DVD TV in the playroom for them if you want. Beds on every level! Thanks for welcoming us into your home, it was awesome!

Friends getaway

What a great home! Everything you can imagine is provided by the owners, both in the house and for the water. The house was very clean and fit our group of 12 perfectly. We brought our own boat and was able to keep it at the dock. We ate dinner every night around the dining room table. The location is perfect being back in a quiet cove yet close to town for all your needs. I highly recommend this home to anyone searching.

Perfect Place to Stay

Exceptional Property for a Family

Everything about this property was outstanding! Main floor layout worked well for cooking, eating and visiting. Kitchen was extremely well stocked; pots, pans, dishes, glassware,, etc. Lower level was the perfect space for my son and his family. Having their own play space and TV was crucial. My grandkids loved the bunk beds. Everyone enjoyed the water; swimming off the large mat and kayaking were the favorites. I highly recommend this property for multigenerational families.
