On The Bourbon Trail, sleeps 12 in 7 beds. My Old Kentucky Home and Downtown Bardstown shops, Situated just minutes away from local distilleries including Heaven Hill, Makerā€™s Mark, and Willett. Enjoy your Tasting at our grand Fireplace. Step out onto the deck and experience nature with 47 expansive acres of forestry, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Go exploring in the Sycamore trees or enjoy a relaxing picnic in one of the meadows, surrounded by Kentucky bluebell flowers. Inside, the estate sleeps 12 - 6 separate bedrooms/6 beds each having its own character.
Main floor includes master bedroom, sunroom, game room, guest room, powder room, laundry, and kitchen.
Stepping up the oak wood staircase you will find the remaining four bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
Kitchen is equipped for ease of use with lots of countertop space, electric appliances, and large sink, opening up to the side deck with even more room for entertaining. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a large shower, soaking tub, and double sink vanity. Game room has plenty of space for activities, board games, or cards. The house was perfect for a birthday party weekend. Situated nearby distilleries and downtown Bardstown. The home had everything we needed while we were there. The grounds were beautiful. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions.

Wonderful place!

My buddies and i were looking for a place that was pretty accessible to the Bourbon Trail. We luckily stumbled upon Bourbon Estate. Just minutes away from Heaven Hill this gem is a little tucked away with awesome views, great rooms, great showers and an awesome kitchen. Would highly recommend!!!

Bourbon Trail Trip

This is an absolutely beautiful house on a large, gorgeous property. Spacious and clean with to ns of room for our large group. Minutes away from Heaven Hill, Willett and downtown Bardstown but still secluded and private. This was the perfect home base for our bourbon tour.

Spacious & warm family home

Perfect home, not just a house for a Kentucky get away. Our group of 9 adults enjoyed this beautiful spacious property. We spent a few days on the Bourbon Trail, enjoyed dinner at the Rickhouse and a football game in Lexington. Lovely time of year in the rolling hills of Kentucky.

Perfect family getaway

This home was perfect for our extended family weekend and is in an absolutely beautiful setting. Everything you need is on hand and the house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out. We especially enjoyed rocking on the front porch and sharing family dinners on the large side deck. Close enough to downtown Bardstown to enjoy the activities, but far enough away to soak in the peace and quiet of the country. Highly recommend!

We really loved our stay here! We were touring distilleries with friends and needed a place to stay. Meadow Creek was perfect. Plenty of space for 3 couples, including 2 full bathrooms. It was also near several distilleries, but still in a beautiful area. Really a great place to stay for larger groups when in the area.

Fantastic Bourbon Country Home

What an absolutely wonderful home in the heart of Bourbon Country! A perfect place for our group of family and friends to celebrate my husbandā€™s birthday on the Bourbon Trail and at the Derby! Conveniently located near Bardstown and many distilleries and well equipped with everything you need. The setting is gorgeous, peaceful, and private. We had a fabulous time and would come back again and recommend this home to our family and friends!

Fun Times

Overall our stay was great. It would be nice especially with drastic temperature changes if we could adjust the temp without calling for it to be changed. A working ice maker would also be an asset. The kitchen was very well stocked a real plus since we like to cook.

Bourbon Retreat

This is the second straight year, my five friends and I have stayed here. We absolutely love this home. There can't possibly be anything nearby that rivals these accommodations! The house is immaculately appointed. Seriously. This house has everything. The people before you have paid it forward and left you what they needed. You don't need to bring much! The property is sprawling. if you are visiting distilleries, you don't have the time to explore the entirety of this property. It's is beautiful, secluded, but close to distilleries. Read my prior review. I can't recommend this place enough, and the owners are attentive and appreciative. Don't skimp. This is your bourbon headquarters. Book and enjoy!!!!

Amazing Property & Home

Beautiful private grounds to wander & located away from town but a short drive to many attractions, distilleries, restaurants etc. Don't miss the waterfall tucked past the meadow & a short walk from the house. Nature lovers will be very happy here! The home was built and is maintained with attention to every detail both respecting the beauty of site & creature comfort's inside. Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathrooms & Gathering areas are immaculate, decorated with interesting furnishings & personal collections. Our group of four couples enjoyed every moment here!

Annual Best Friend Trip!

The property was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as it was pictured. The kitchen area was the perfect place to gather and cook. The bedroom layout gave us all enough space and the ability to get ready without being on top of each other. The house was beautiful! We definitely recommend it and will be back again if ever in the area!

Birthday on the bourbon trail

We enjoyed our beautiful home in Bardstown. We had a group of friends celebrating a birthday & touring local distilleries. The home was beautiful and in a country setting. Yet we were close enough to town & distilleries. We enjoyed playing cards in the dining room & walking the grounds. The owner was super responsive & made our stay perfect.

Everything you need for a relaxing and fun getaway

We had a lovely stay at the Bourbon Estate with 8 adults. There is plenty of space inside and out to spread out or spend time together. We enjoyed our morning coffee and time winding down before bed on the sun porch. We played games and ate dinner in the spacious dining room. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a big crowd and has everything you would need for cooking and serving. It was extremely hot when we visited but we still enjoyed walking around the meadow and up the driveway early mornings and in the evening. We saw deer in the meadow multiple times. Getting to any of the distilleries or Bardstown was really easy, I donā€™t think anything was more than 10 minutes away by car. We would easily visit again maybe when itā€™s a bit cooler so we can spend more time outside.

Bourbon Trail Trip

The property and house are wonderful! The location was perfect for our family trip. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was full of everything you might need. We also enjoyed the back patio and gas grill. Deborah was prompt in responding to any messages. I do wish we had longer to stay so we could have explored more of the property....next time! Definitely recommend!

Bourbon Trail

My husband and I came with our 24 year old and 3 of his friends to do the Bourbon Trail before our son heads off to grad school. The house was lovely. We had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen and grill and dining room made for lovely breakfasts and dinners after our days exploring.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place for our group of 8! We were able to grill out on the patio, and had tons of room for board games inside. We really enjoyed the location as it was close to town for food and exploring, but also very quiet and serene. Definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!
