Situado a la vuelta de la esquina del restaurante original de Mama’s Boy en el barrio de Carr’s Hill, este es el lugar perfecto para visitar la histórica ciudad universitaria. Agradable caminata al campus con solo $ 5 Uber a cualquier lugar de Atenas. The condo is immaculate: clean, different kinds of coffee and tea, full kitchen, bags. Bed is very comfortable. Enough blankets and pillows.Bathroom: loved the soap and shampoo.This is our home away from home for Thanksgiving weekend.Walking distance to downtown Athens and the stadium.

We were in Athens for parents weekend. This condo was a nice quiet very clean place for my daughter and I to stay. The condo had everything that we needed and felt very safe. Also the decor was top tier for this college town! It is a short drive to food and entertainment but that was fine for our needs. The property owner quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Quaint home, UGA inspired decor, which made it really fun. Owner was very communicative and helpful. We had a slight issue with check-in that was not her fault, and she worked with us to quickly address. Ample sundries, like coffee, trash bags and clothing detergent which meant we didn't have to go buy.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Myself, my fiancé and another couple (our friends) stayed at this beautiful condo in Athens. 1st, this condo looks EXACTLY like the pictures! It was beyond clean, it was emaculant! The AC worked fantastic! It was high 90's the whole week and we stayed nice a cool in the condo. It has an apartment washer/dryer which was so fantastic and convenient for our week long stay. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need! The toiletries and towels where stocked a great convince! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, which was so nice! Perfect for 2 couples! This condo definitely felt like a home away from home. The area was super quite and very safe! 3 of us are military veterans (2 Army, 1 Marine) so we are very aware of our surroundings and security minded... we all where super comfortable and relaxed here! The beds where soooo comfortable, I dare say more comfortable than my bed at home! The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Athens (a 4min drive) and super convenient to the high way (again a 4 min drive). If your going to Athens, GA or the area... this is the place to say! And yes, I am a review readed and place alot of weight in my bookings off reviews... this is one of the best on VRBO! Only side note I'd add is the pool is in a matching condo area that is not connected to this block of condos. Its around the corner though, so not a big deal, you can walk around or drive around to it.

Clean, quiet and safe

The townhouse was extremely clean. It’s at the end top and very quiet. A bad storm and strong winds came up and we didn’t hear nor experience any problems. The property owner was super nice and easy to contact and talk with. We had an excellent experience

Athens stay for The Masters

We stayed at the property for travel to Augusta for the Wednesday practice round. So convenient for the drive. Also, the house was so clean and comfortable. The restaurants in the area were also superior. We would definitely come back to Allison's house if we are lucky enough to get Masters tickets again.

Business trip - Had some after hour work sessions and good location for those who lived locally to join in. All the ammenities listed - and great check in /out process. Cleaning crew reported earrings left right away and owner resolved. Would stay againowner

A home away from home

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen (coffee, sugar, condiments). Awesome decorations. Loved the style. Alison was very responsive to our questions and needs. She was very patient as we arrived at night! She answered texts very rapidly. Walking distance to Downtown Athens and the Stadium! Close to grocery stores! We will come back!

Fantastic place and great management

Great townhouse I booked last minute after losing power in South Carolina post Hurricane Helene. Was going on vacation to visit my mother in SC but since her power was out I decided to find a place in Athens for a couple of nights. Communication with the host was excellent. The townhouse was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed, and was very spacious. Beds were really comfortable. Ride to downtown was very quick and easy. Allison the host was so gracious to offer us an additional night free of charge as our power had still not come back when we were scheduled to check out. How nice is that??? Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this lovely townhome! Everything was so clean, cozy, and comfortable and we were so close to all Athens had to offer. Such quiet surroundings, plenty of parking, and an abundance of UGA decor! :) Allison's communication was awesome and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great Location

This property is a perfect location to downtown and campus. Allison was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had almost immediately. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting Athens.

The Carr’s Hill neighborhood is one of our favorites: located inside the loop so access to downtown and the university is quick and easy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the wooded setting behind our unit is so peaceful.
