Just renovated, this beautiful two story house has the most stunning views of Coromandel Harbour with the backdrop of the ranges and Te Kouma Bay.

The tranquil surroundings wrap around you as you watch the sunrise glistening across the water and the moon rises are just breathtaking. The upstairs bedroom balcony allows glimpses of the sunset across the Hauraki Gulf or just grab your glass of wine and cross the road to see its beauty in full.

Everything within this pole house is brand new and hand picked to make this not just a beach house but a comfortable home. It is not suitable for unsupervised children as there are lots of stairs and balcony’s but supervised they are most welcome. Later this year, 2020 , baby gates and all the essentials for young children will be provided but please check when booking.

Quality beds , brand new mattresses and linen , comfortable sofas and chairs add luxury to this beautiful beach house. For cooks amongst you there is a well stocked kitchen and a brand new BBQ if you can persuade the other half’ to take a turn with the cooking.

All beds have mosquito nets to ensure you have a comfortable sleep and fans for those who prefer a cool room . A small selection of games and books , tv and internet are there for your enjoyment however it is unlikely you will want to move from the deck!

There is room to park a boat but has a very steep driveway so caution is advised and a 4 x 4 is a must . An alternative is to store your boat locally , call them on 078668605.

The huge bathroom is on the ground floor and the master bedroom is next to it and works well if you are travelling with someone who prefers to be near facilities during the night and wishes to avoid stairs.
