House for rent by season.
There are 2 floors.
Ground floor: Living room, kitchen and bathroom. Exit the washing area. It has a sink and place to hang clothes.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and baranda. Master bedroom with AA. The other two with ceiling fan and outlet to the baranda. Total: 77 m2.
It has smart tv for Netflix, etc.
It has no tv channels.

Note: The rooms are all on the first floor. It has no protection on the stairs.
Children are from 8 years old.
