Poolside Adventures: FREE State and National Parks Passes!

Enjoy luxury and comfort at a resort style community while you experience all the ADVENTURES that the St. George area has to offer. Centrally located and close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, championship style golf courses, amazing hiking, and so much more! Our family loves the outdoors, and we want to help you make your own memories by providing a free National and State Parks pass to say thank you for staying with us!

You will be welcomed with complementary snacks at our spacious townhome (1550 sq ft.) with 3 bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the family room gives you beds to sleep up to 10 comfortably. (Bunk beds are best suited for children only, due to weight and space restrictions.)

The large master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area/second family room with sofas, and a flat screen smart TV with cable and Blu-ray player.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two triple-decker bunks.

The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. to give you everything you need during your stay.

The living area has a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, etc) with cable, Blu-ray player, and a variety of board games and XBOX 360 game console with games.

Walk out the front door to the patio area with furniture, a gas BBQ, and gas fire pit table to enjoy during the cool desert nights, all while enjoying mountain views and the beautiful resort pool and hot tub just a few steps away. The pool and hot tub are heated year round.

You’ll enjoy full use of the whole 2-story townhouse, including access to a 2-car garage with a foosball table, pool toys, and 2 bikes & helmets! There are beautiful golf courses, hiking, mountain biking, walking trails, and two parks close to the community.

Also nearby is the WASHINGTON COMMUNITY CENTER with the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah. The 8-lane, 25-yard competition pool is complemented by a 10,174 square foot beach entry leisure pool and lazy river, 3 story hydro tube slide, play sets for all ages, splash pad, and an enormous 317 gallon dump bucket designed to keep you cool!

Easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around to all that St. George has to offer.
