Poolside Adventures: FREE State and National Parks Passes!

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with complimentary snacks, and your National and State Park passes are conveniently located on the key ring just inside the front door—perfect for all your outdoor adventures. The heated pool and hot tub are open year-round and just steps away!

This spacious 1,550 sq/ft townhome is filled with natural light and tall ceilings, making it a comfortable retreat for up to 10 guests—ideally 4 adults and 6 kids (the bunkbeds are best suited for children).

The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom with a separate shower and tub, and an en-suite sitting area/second family room with sofas and a flat-screen smart TV (YouTube TV included). The guest room has a queen bed and walk-in closet, and the bunk room includes two triple bunkbeds that sleep six. A Pack ’n Play is provided, along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are two full bathrooms—one private master bath and a shared upstairs bath with a tub/shower combo—plus a half bath on the main floor.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a large refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, and more—everything you need for home-cooked meals. The living room features a large smart TV (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube TV), a Blu-ray player, board games, and an Xbox 360 with games.

Step out the front door to a private patio with outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ grill, and a gas fire pit—perfect for cool desert evenings. You’ll enjoy views of the mountains and the resort pool and hot tub.

The 2-car garage comfortably fits one vehicle and includes a foosball table, 2 electric scooters, adult bikes, a child bike trailer, stroller, and pool toys. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in the family room and master bedroom, a fully stocked laundry room, and convenient access to the freeway.

Discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays. A one-time cleaning fee is charged at checkout; additional cleanings can be arranged for extended visits.

For security, a doorbell camera and garage camera are installed at the property.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very nice home/property for our family trip to Zion. Very clean and quiet. Master bedroom was a treat with our own bathroom! Owners of the property were very helpful and responded very quickly to questions. Didn't make our way to the pool, but was right across the walkway and looked great!

Had a great stay in beautiful St. George. The place was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. Loved the location and neighborhood! The beds were super comfortable. The thermostat system was really great- easy to regulate (both upstairs and downstairs) for the cool nights and hot days you experience in southern Utah. The only issue we had was the seating for eating. Backless benches and stools were challenging for us as retirees.

Beautiful golf courses, hiking, mountain biking, walking trails, and several public parks are all nearby. And best of all—the pool and hot tub are heated year-round!

What makes this property unique

Centrally located and just minutes from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, championship-level golf, incredible hiking, and so much more. Our family loves the outdoors, and we want to help you make your own memories—so we include a free National and State Parks pass as a thank-you for staying with us!

You’ll be perfectly situated near some of Southern Utah’s most iconic attractions: Zion National Park (45 minutes), Sand Hollow State Park (20 minutes), Quail Creek Reservoir (10 minutes), Snow Canyon State Park (20 minutes), and the Washington County Legacy Park just 10 minutes away.

Beautiful golf courses, hiking trails, mountain biking, walking paths, and two nearby community parks are all within a short walk, bike ride, or quick drive—great for exploring nature or giving the kids room to play.

Close by, you’ll also find the Washington Community Center, home to the largest indoor aquatic center in Southern Utah. It features an 8-lane, 25-yard competition pool, a massive beach-entry leisure pool and lazy river, a 3-story hydro tube slide, splash areas for all ages, a play structure, and a 317-gallon dump bucket that keeps everyone cool and entertained.

With easy freeway access, getting around St. George and the surrounding areas couldn’t be more convenient.
