My family of 8 absolutely loved our staff! Location to the beach is ideal! The pool was fabulous! Volleyball and cornhole kept the kids busy!The rooms are massive and we enjoyed the jet tub! Thanks for having us!

Cecilia was great. There were a few unforeseen issues, but Cecilia responded to all as best as possible. Anyone who rents in the future, make sure you review the property fully so Cecilia and staff are able to address any issue in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this house as a vacation destination.

This home is even more beautiful than the photos! The cleanest & most organized house I've stayed in yet. We definitely didnt get bored with the cornhole, basketball, volleyball, the pool & all the rest. The host was very responsive & helpful to any issues we did have. The beach was only a very short walk away & absolutely stunning! We are so happy we chose this place to stay at.

This listing was a true disappointment. The only thing this property is good for is space and location but even that doesn’t make up for the lack of effort the owners put into ensuring guest enjoy their stay. We entered a house as a full family yet we were meet with one roll of toilet paper per each bathroom, no trash bags, no napkins, little soap, 2 small packets detergent, and blood/red stained sheets in the kids bunk bed room. Mind you, the owners “require” guests to wash the beach prior to check out, take out trash, and basically do most of the things their cleaners are supposed to be doing. This raises the questions if the home was ever properly clean and do the owners even value the guest. Don’t expect guest check in or check out accommodations no matter how far in advance you request. We wouldn’t stay here again.

52 Terra Cotta Way is in a perfect spot. The swimming pool and Enclave parking lot are right across the street. Members of our group walked less than a block to Sandos for breakfast drinks and happy hour. The beach was fantastic and less than a three-minute walk. The two beach wagons made transporting chairs and other items easy. Ten adults and four grandkids had plenty of room because every room is spacious. The labeling of the contents of every drawer and cabinet in the kitchen was so helpful, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The second floor patio was well-used, especially at night. We followed the guideline of not setting the air-conditioner below 70 degrees. It usually ran at 75 degrees and that was plenty cool. The surrounding area was very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth as silk and the host responded immediately. Our group will come back as soon as it fits our schedule. My wife and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our Texas and Nebraska family.

We had a great stay! We had three families come together for this trip and this place was perfect! It seemed even larger in person. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time

It was perfect. Everybody had a wonderful time. The pool was right out our front door just a short walk to the beach. If you need a nice place to stay, this is where you need to stay.

Great Family Getaway

Family Vacation

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Destin 2 Be. Apartment downstairs was perfect for my parents. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Close to the beach. New coffee spot on the corner. Fantastic house for multi generational family.

Great big home

This home is nice and big. It accommodated our group really well - 4 couples. It's easy to get to the beach. Nice area with good restaurant options. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beds were comfortable.

Great vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at this stay! Check in went smoothly and even sent us goodies our first night, such a wonderful gesture! Plenty of space for all 15 of us, very large bedrooms in the main house. Quick walk to the beach and the pool was steps from the front door! We enjoyed pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts daily. Would stay here again, thank you!

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location

This house was perfect for our family. We had four couples and three kids and we had everything we needed. It’s right across the street from the beach and the community pool is only a few steps from the front door. We are already planning our next trip and we’ll definitely book this house again.

Lovely home. Close access to the beach and pool. Nice neighborhood. Easy check-in, clean facility. Kitchen had all we needed for the week. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels, as well as chairs and some other beach items. Plenty of comfy seating for our large family to enjoy movies together. And plenty of table space for us to enjoy our meals together. Recommend!

Excellent location, perfect house!!

Accuracy of the home was perfect! Everything that we needed was ready and available! Down stairs unit perfect as well! Plenty of room for a complete family including grandparents and children. Super easy walk to the beach and pool.

Our family has always vacationed with eight or more persons. We had multiple age groups, family or friends around. Being on the BEACH is our joy! Our most memorable vacations is when everyone can do their own thing, a location where there is a lot to do as well as being able to relax in a home environment where we could cook or order in. Just getting away from our home/work and decompressing. We have tried to create a retreat with this in mind. Family and friends getting together enjoying conversations, exercise, lounging on beach or by the pool, talking in the morning over bagels and coffee, and enjoying you evening eating with friends to finally retire to your own bedroom retreat to read or relax. We invite you in.
