ESPACIOSA CASA, GRAN PISCINA Y SALA DE TEATRO, ¡A 2 MILLAS DE DISNEY!

Gran casa de siete habitaciones ubicada en un lote de esquina en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Formosa Gardens. Más de 3300 pies cuadrados de espacio con aire acondicionado para relajarse, jugar y descansar. Ubicado a minutos de los parques de Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, LegoLand, golf y tiendas. Un montón de restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas cercanas.

Cuatro habitaciones son master suites, y todas tienen televisores de pantalla plana y ventiladores de techo. WiFi gratuito en todo.

Un comedor formal separado acompaña a la cocina abierta, equipada con Keurig, cocina a gas, microondas y mucho más. Mucho espacio y utensilios de cocina para preparar comidas. Encimeras de Corian, gabinetes a medida y una mesa para comer con capacidad para seis.

La casa tiene su propia sala de teatro! Completo con sonido envolvente, asientos de teatro elevados y una pantalla de 92 ", esto seguramente entretendrá a toda la familia.

Gran piscina privada con spa (calefacción disponible por una tarifa adicional), y muchos muebles de exterior, y tumbonas a la sombra y el sol. TV convenientemente ubicada en el Lanai, y barbacoa disponible fuera del patio.

Se proporcionan toallas de piscina y baño. Como primer plato, se proporcionan pequeños jabones en cada fregadero, papel higiénico, detergente para platos, bolsas de basura y jabón para la ropa.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home!

Perfect home for adults and kids to stay right near Disney World. The weather was perfect for the entire week's stay we were there to use their beautiful pool to relax and just have fun. Best vacation I ever had with my family!

Awesome Vacation Home

My family and I visited Orlando for the holiday weekend to go to Epcot. The home was conveniently located to Disney and plenty of restaurants and stores. The home was beautiful and very accommodating to my family of 13. The theater room and pool/hot tub was an added bonus. Mike & Jodi were very informative and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

This house is fabulous! It was perfect for our needs. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 5 to 70 and we had plenty of room.The pool and Hot tub were just what we needed after a long hot day at Disney and Universal. The theater room made our son talk about adding his own.The owners were so nice and easy to work with. If we get a chance to go back I will definitely book this house again.

This home is perfectly located in a private gated community. It's close to all Disney World Park and Universal Studios is just a short jaunt away. We will definitely stay in this home again.

Great home for families

A great stay!

The best part of our stay was the communication and responsiveness of the hosts and property manager. Any concern we had, very minimal (i.e couldn't find a control for the TV), was addressed immediately. The home was beautiful and so was the surrounding neighborhood. A must stay!

Great stay, amazing location, very clean

This was a great property for a mom's trip to Orlando. We were a group of 7 cheer moms in town for a competition. We wanted to be close to our girls (at a Disney hotel) but not in the same place. This house was clean, spacious, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The pool area is very nice and we made enjoyed the movie room! The property owner and manager were both great at communication! Only con I think is the beds are a little hard. But of course we found the mattress toppers at the end of our stay lol.

This is a great house in probably one of the most sought after locations in Orlando. I have stayed in several homes in Formosa Gardens and this is one of my favorites. Everything about the house really works well, you won't be disappointed.

Disney Family Vacation

The home was very spacious with plenty of room for all. Very close to all attractions in Orlando. My son’s got great use of hot tub (we opted for getting the pool heated). Great communication. Would definitely recommend this property.

That Pool Tho!

We had such a great time during our Christmas Vacay! This house checked all the boxes. We also enjoyed it was in a gated community, which was extremely well keep. Close to all the good things Kissimmee/Orlando has to offer. For sure will book again.

Loved it!!

Great place!! Only small suggestion I'd have would to maybe add a crock pot in the kitchen. Being able to have something slow cooking while visiting the parks or exploring other areas would be great. No cooking after a long day, just eat! Overall, this place was perfect!!

Wonderful home to share with family

The location is perfect, you are so close to everything. The hosts were great to work with, with quick responses to any questions I had. The house was perfect, the pool and spa were fantastic, and we enjoyed many days and nights sitting outside. We even had a wonderful movie night in the theatre room. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone coming to stay, you can not go wrong with booking this property.

Amazing stay at the villa

Fantastic stay. Everything was as advertised and more. Great pool area and really spacious bedrooms with nearly all en suite. Communication with the owner was great (we had to call once due to trying to find the fuse box and answered at 7am on a Saturday!). Great location and gated area was really quiet and felt very safe. Only way this place could be improved; pool balls, floats for pool, welcome package; tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc. would defiantly recommend and hopefully will be returning!

A great place to stay is the 'cherry on top' of our guest's dream vacation.

We LOVE the area! The theme parks are great for the kids (and adults). When we would come to the area, we stayed in several properties, but Formosa Gardens was the most luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and private. The large pool is a big bonus, providing plenty of room for the whole family to cool off and play.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home is HUGE, and on a large corner lot. It has one of the biggest pools in the area. The palm trees that flank the spa give it that unique 'Florida' feel. The Theater Room is great for watching a movie. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. This is truely is a home away from home.
