Amazing Home!

Came up for a weekend in KC with the family. Everything was clean and the hosts even left out some muffins for us! They had almost essential that you might forget when packing. We will definitely be back when in the area!

Close proximity to Legends and Azura Stadium

Our senior ladies group that travel together monthly sure enjoyed the nice large well stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and location of the property. Our hosts were onsite which gave us an added sense of security although we didn't hear or see them. We also made some suggestions of helpful items and they arrived the next morning. Talk about service! We were impressed and loved that we didn't have to strip beds or start laundry. We will definitely book here again. Quite handy to all of our shopping and the Stampede.

Very nice stay

My girls and I had a good time. We spent a lot of the evenings at the house. We enjoyed the clean house and the quiet. It was all together a nice place to stay.

Great stay

Ed was a great host. We found cookies at our arrival. The location was convenient for shopping at Legends and our trip to T-mobile Arena and West Bottoms. It was an enjoyable stay!

Great Place!

Loved the property and even got a complementary snack! Will definitely keep this place in mind if i ever come back to KC! Close enough to everything, but good distance out of the city. Was there for a bachelorette party and had a blast!

Perfect KCK location, comfy beds!

Kansas City KS stay

We found the home comfortable, clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the birdsong - very relaxing. The location was central to all our planned activities. The host responded expeditiously to our queries.

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Kitchen and bath supplies were quite adequate, assorted and plentiful. Thanks for a AAA stay.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 4 day stay at Cozy KC! The home was cute, comfy and indeed, cozy! It was located within 15-30 minutes of everything and everywhere we wanted to go. We also loved the yummy cookies provided by our wonderful hosts!

Big 12 Tournament

The only negative about our stay was that our team didn't win. Property was immaculate, located centrally to all the venues we planned on visiting and the area was super quiet. Would stay again.

Long weekend

2 friends and I need a place to stay for the Chiefs game (long weekend Fri-Mon)We arrived with the code we’re able to get in. Host was responsive and a quiet neighborhood. House was clean cool and comfortable.we all said we would stay there again. Thanks for the great time!

Perfect Spot!

Great place to stay and wonderful host. We were all very comfortable. Family of 5 and the kids enjoyed the space, TV etc. Host was very accommodating and had great communication. Neighborhood is what you expect on the edge of a busy city. Never felt unease! Will return as we used this spot to stay at while visiting family nearby.

Good location

The house is located just minutes off I70 as well as a few miles from the Speedway shopping area. VRBO app wasn’t working shortly before our trip - so James texted me to make sure I had all information I needed before arriving the next day.

Very Welcoming, Loved the Kitchen

The space was delightfully clean and wonderfully decorated. Little extras all over the house made us feel very welcome and allowed us to make meals with ease in the kitchen. Our family of five appreciated the two full bathrooms. Entering the home with several people carrying items got a bit tricky because of the split level design, however, we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!

Cozy, cute, and convenient!

The house is super clean with a lot of positive energy. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen and dining space was open and perfect for my party of three. James is the best host ever!! If we needed anything at all, he responded very quickly! The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. It was quiet, comfortable, and in the center of all the places we were going to. We will definitely be coming back… Thanks for everything James…💙

Super nice, clean and great communication

This was our very first time at a bnb and our very first time to Kansas City, we could not have asked for a better experience all around! Host was very communicable, house was clean and super nice, lots of extras in case guests forget stuff, it was great all around!
