The house was clean and comfortable and matched the listing. The check in and out process was simple and easy. Bobbie responded quickly to messages. I would stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

In town for the American Royal BBQ Competition held at the Kansas City Speedway. This property was perfectly situated approximately 10 minutes drive away. The property is spacious and well cared for. Will certainly look to book it again on our trip back in 2024.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a girls' weekend staying here. The place was spacious and relaxing. We had room to play games and plenty of seating for eating breakfast at the bar or small table. There was a larger table, too, but we didn't use that one. It was nice having wastebaskets available other than just in the bathrooms. It was a little far to places that we went but we handled it fine. Traffic is a little noisy and the bedroom and bathroom doors were squeaky, but the beds were comfortable! Bobbie was excellent in responding to any questions we had! I definitely would recommend staying here!

This beautiful home had everything we needed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, washer/dryer, TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, even toothbrushes (and we did forget one).I loved the open space. It was just perfect for our family to spread out and relax in the living room. Also appreciated the double wide driveway for off street parking. Our host was an excellent communicator and we had no issues at all getting into the home.The fenced in backyard was perfect for kids to safely play. This is a very nice, spacious home and we will definitely book it again.
