The outdoor living space with all new al fresco furnishings and BBQ, elevated deck and spa overlooks the family sized pool and full-sized tennis court. Boasting a practical floor plan, four of the bedrooms being separately zoned to allow privacy for children and guests! With beautiful beamed ceilings, open fireplace, rich wooden floors and contemporary neutral tones, this property will make every day feel like you're relaxing on a perfect coastal holiday.
Luxury amenities include: a modern grass tennis court, a family sized pool, gas heated spa, wireless internet, reverse cycle air conditioning, ducted heating, ceiling fans, 2 living rooms (one with an open fireplace) and modern furnishing.
Nestled on one acre of fully landscaped gardens close to Rye's ocean beaches or a short drive to the village and Hot Springs ensures you are guaranteed to a very private luxury getaway - simply one you will not want to leave!
Complimentary Concierge Service: Our concierge service can assist you with In-house Catering, Relaxation Massages, Beauty Treatments, Yoga and Meditation, Baby-sitting Service, Pantry Stocking, Mid-Stay Clean, Airport Transfers, Chauffeur/Driver Service, Winery Tour. Parking: Maximum 2 cars in carport and 2 cars in driveway
Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults and 2 children). Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.
