From the moment you walk in, sweeping Gulf views and chic modern finishes set the tone for a vacation experience unlike any other.

The open-concept living space is anchored by two main TVs, a custom LED fireplace, and a wet bar with mood-setting LED lighting, making it perfect for both entertaining and relaxing. High-end appliances, sleek countertops, and open shelving create a dream kitchen that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

With two primary suites, each offering breathtaking views of the emerald-green Gulf waters, guests can enjoy privacy and indulgence. Wake up to sunrises over the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves—pure Destin bliss.

Beyond your private retreat, Silver Shells Resort has everything: an indulgent spa, a fully equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, including a Gulf-front lagoon-style pool, plus a kids’ playground, basketball and pickleball courts, and even a seasonal beach bar for tropical drinks and light bites. And for nights out, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is right on-site.

Located in the heart of Destin, this condo blends luxury resort living with all the conveniences of world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment right at your doorstep.

This isn’t just a condo—it’s your Emerald Coast escape.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, 1 in the garage and 1 on the parking deck.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Tents and canopies are not permitted on property.
Outside Guests are allowed with permission from the main association. If you will have visitors, please inform us as there are restrictions.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our favorite vacation stay yet!

We were so pleased with our stay at this condo! It was super clean, communication was excellent, it was just a perfect location for our family! We played pickle ball every morning, relaxed by the pool, and enjoyed the beautiful beach! It was convenient to be able to swing into Walmart less than half a mile away for groceries! Would highly recommend!

This unit is awesome! Beautifully renovated and very clean. Exceptional use of space. Well equipped with a very large refrigerator. Enjoyed the integrated technology, remote blinds, ceiling fans, under lighting, and TV's. The bathrooms were spectacular.

Very happy with our experience in this new condo. Clean, comfortable, impressive touches. Great views overlooking the beach and Lagoon pool. Kitchen was great for our big family. Large pantry, refrigerator and freezer. Our favorite feature is the cool lighting effects. This is our second time staying at a condo owned by these host. Its family run and they really take care of their guest.

AMAZING CONDO & HOST!!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much and our host was such an amazing and attentive host. She was quick to reply to any messages or calls during our stay. The condo was so amazing, and my family was so impressed with the condo, so much so that they do not want to stay anywhere else when we return to Destin for our next beach vacation. They kept telling me over and over I did so good with the condo I found to spend our beach get away. I have to agree with them, there is nowhere else I would want to stay now that we have been spoiled by our stay here at this beautiful condo. We will definitely be back to stay; this is our new Favorite Condo on the Emerald Coast!!!!

The BEST in Destin!

Our family has been visiting Destin, FL for many years... and safe to say Silver Shells is our favorite resort. After staying here, we now have a favorite condo as well! The attention the detail is top-notch. From the solid communication to the stunning decor, this condo has it all! There are so many cool features throughout the unit that set this place apart from other condos in the resort. Being that this condo is managed by the actual owners, you can really feel all the love they have poured into making this place special. Huge thanks to the Hebert Family for a memorable vacation. Great Stay

We only encountered a few minor issues. The code to get into the lobby did not work, so we just stood around until someone walked in—no big deal. Some previous reviews do mention some minor upkeep that has not occurred (missing grout, cracked toilet seat, etc) and I agree. A few hours in here and those issues would go away. Now the positives. This is a great location. Close to the beach, close to the pool, the parking garage spot is excellent, and THERE IS A BAR WITH FOOD down by the beach that is part of this resort. We had no idea it existed. We had daily rum runners and chicken fajita wraps. On a side note... We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but maintenance and a HVAC repair guy were in and out within 2 hours of us calling. Super great service. We would definitely stay again!

The house is absolutely perfect!!! It's very clean and super spacious. Everybody was able to get their own room and the kids absolutely loved the balcony and view. Perfect access to both the pool and beach which was a need since we traveled with small children. My only complaint is the check in process. When we arrived to the property the guard did not tell us how to access the condo nor did the instructions in the email regarding check in process. We called the number but it was after hours when we made it so that was pointless. We ended up seeing a few guest walking and they told us to use the service elevator to get to the condo, put the code in the door and then we would have access. Other than this small issue everything else was perfect.

Loved the space, the view and the walk to the beach!

We made the trip with my husband, 2 boys and inlaws. There was plenty of space. I loved that is had 3 bathrooms. Three things I would say to help improve the experience. One: this place needs larger coffee cups! Two: replace the vent collector in the dryer because it will cut your finger. Three: umbrella and chair service included would have been icing on the cake. I feel at the price we paid, we should have had the chair service. We had an amazing time and wished we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyable week for most part

Good location and nice unit. Next to last night my wife slipped and feel while entering the master shower and we found out this week she broke a rib. Please upgrade the shower tile floor so that this slippage issue is corrected to avoid this situation and before another serious injury occurs.
