The view never gets old. All photos are actually taken in or from the condo. No obstructions to the view and beach is that close. So many people ask how close the beach is? Go down the elevator past the pool and you are there ! 🤦Don’t over think it ! You can hear the waves no problem. 🌊. Everything you need is included and not just one roll of TP like some places lol . Bring your food, luggage and be ready for a great vacation. We are local owners not a faceless company. We want you to enjoy your stay and return again to stay with us.

Escape to this condo in picturesque Destin the property features 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. King bed in master.

Private washer and dryer in the unit w supplies free of charge.

Guests can enjoy all amenities heated pool hot tub access to a fitness room. Experience what Destin has to offer with a stay at our peaceful condo.

Private beach no matter how many people jam the public areas only sterling sands guests can use our private beach area meaning more space and room to relax.

Outdoor private grilling area is also available to all guests.

Free WiFi.

Open for short or long term rentals. Locally managed for quick response to any situation.

Two parking stalls are available no assigned slot first come first served oversized parking available in most situations. You must register to get parking pass. Go to Sterling sands.net for list of all amenities, rules and regulations. Contact —-Sterlingsands403@gmail. Vrbo on this site states nine minute walk to the beach that is completely incorrect. It’s less than two minutes from my door to the sand. It’s about 50 feet to the elevator and then it’s about 300 feet to the sand. I actually walked it and it was a minute and 38 seconds so don’t be confused with the nine minute walk stated by VRBO.

Clean and comfortable. Great location and beach access. Great beach service and happy to have extra beach chairs available. No window covering on 2nd bedroom window. We used that room for our luggage/changing area so rigged up a curtain w a sheet. Overall great stay!

Windows and patio door had been replaced one day earlier by hoa/contractor. Blind was damaged in the process. Seeing as it was only 2 guests we allowed hoa to wait til after your checkout. Didn’t figure that room would be used. Sorry for the inconvenience. They did replace it.

Great beach view and pool. The hot tub was closed most of the time we were there. I didn't like that the mop and bucket was stored in the food pantry and paint cans were stored in various cabinets.

The hot tub is not in our control it is the HOA sorry if it was closed. New windows and patio door installed 5/8-12 just a day before your arrival assume the painters will be picking up cans after touch ups. This has been an issue w hoa contractors if they don’t pick up I’ll just pitch their stuff. Mop and bucket are empty and dry it is stored w the broom and other essentials in the small closet those are just over flow bowls and items they are not used cooking as there is plenty to use in cabinets people take plastic bowls to beach for kids to use. Maybe we could label as such.

The host was wonderful but they were doing upgrades and the elevator was down. If it did work the workers stayed on it. One of the maintenance workers was very rude. Almost got into a fight with two delivery workers right in front of us. Would book again when all the facilities work is completed.

I’m sorry for your experience. Clearly i had nothing to do with it nor could I have done anything to prevent it. I’m going to take your review to the next HOA board meeting and present it as it’s clear the contractor shouldn’t be even here at this busy time of the year and that they acted unprofessionally.

Beautiful ocean views and the location was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated. This unit had a washer and dryer that came in handy. Very nice modern kitchen set up but we ate out all of our meals with resturants close by, some within walking distance. I would say, We most appreciated the quality comfy mattress that was a king size bed in the master and used the second bedroom as an area for our luggage with another additional bathroom. Another great feature was the jet tube in the master and the beach chairs we used at the beach. We just may be back again. Very nice amenities and beautiful ocean views.

Overall, we had a great vacation. However, there were a couple of things I want to mention. Our check in process was not easy. The condo told us a “link” to check in should be given to us from our host. This would include parking and arm band info. This information was never given to us. When I asked the host about it, there still was not one sent to me. The condo did end up giving me the link to fill out, but it was not a great experience. Make sure you ask for the link way in advance.I also had to message the host to get all of our check in information the day we checked in. No check in/check out information was ever given to us. We had to ask. We also had to pay for arm bands for the pool area which we did not know we would have to do in advance. Not an issue but would have been nice to know there would be this extra expense. During our stay, the washer and dryer quit working within the first day. The host did respond, but it was not repaired during our stay. We packed and planned to be able to wash our clothes so this put us in a bit of a bind. Since this unit is privately managed, there is nothing the “condo” can do to help you in the instance of something breaking. I would also add, there are no curtains in the living area and minimal window coverage in the rooms. This lets in quite a bit of light and does not provide a ton of privacy. We love Destin and this area. The beach and the view are great, but we would be reluctant to book this particular unit again.

Tenant left no comment so I have no way to respond and I had no interaction with them during their stay in a negative manner. Leaving a three out of five star review deserve some information to lead to that.

Hi
We have multiple homes on vrbo couple in Florida and one in Green Bay Wisconsin mostly used for packer game rentals. Been a landlord and construction contractor for many years. Always hoping to give people a great experience. We always have someone available to help you with anything that needs to be addressed. Although we try to be one of the lower priced place it’s because we are cheap we travel a lot and costs are obviously a top concern being fair is one thing —ripping people off at is another and we refuse to do that.
