Notre maison de deux étages surplombe la crique à Paradise Point sur Lay Lake. Belle vue sur Lay Lake et à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de Paradise Point Marina and Cafe. Vous pourrez utiliser le hangar à bateaux et le quai pour pêcher, prendre un bain de soleil ou abriter un bateau.

lovely house on lake - tons of room and amenities. incredibly steep driveway and limited parking. we had issues with poison ivy and ticks . needs maintenance - a lot of burned out lights - big issue outside with no lights (also basement and upstairs bedroom) and deck and dock need repairs

Everything was great. Nice location. Quick boat ride to Paradise Point Marina, great food. Nice part of lay lake w fewer stumps to dodge. Home was accommodating for our larger group.

Our “In-Between”

This property was perfect for our little family. Cozy and loved the location. Ben was super accommodating for us as we were in between our homes from selling one to moving into another. Highly recommend and will be returning!

Nice Place !

Located on the water near a well run marina ! It is clean and worked perfect for the 3 of us ! We were able to dock all 3 bass boats at the dock ! I look forward to returning there on our next Tournament on Lay Lake ! Thanks Barry

Quite and Peaceful place

The neighborhood was great and the house had everything we needed. It did have a musty smell but I opened the windows for a while and it was ok after that.

Beautiful view

Exactly what we hoped for. Wish we would have had more time than 2 nights. Did some fishing off the dock, enjoyed the peacefulness of the yard and the lake. Driveway is very steep but we knew this ahead of time so no issues.

Summer Fun before the start of School

For the price couldn’t have been happier. Kids enjoyed swimming around the dock and were able to catch a lot of bream that was fun for the kids. Boat house could have been cleaner to use with boat to park inside and the dock needs some up keep. But still a great trip and only an hour away!

This deserves more then 5 stars

We booked this home for 3 nights when we evacuated Florida for Hurricane Milton. I can not say enough about how homey and welcoming this property was. It was perfect right on the lake, super secluded and quiet, and allowed us to bring our dog Jax. Ben was super communicative. We were so lucky to be able to evacuate to a beautiful property that allowed us to get our mind off of what was happening at home. We will Definitely be back!

Was a little dirty. Natural gas valve was on when we arrived and whole house filled with gas. Good thing we didn’t light a match. Owner didn’t seem to care when notified. Had a great time and was perfect for what we needed but would not stay here again.
