Segundo piso condominio de playa de dos dormitorios y dos baños con una hermosa vista del agua de entrada del pantano. Playa perfecta escaparse! Las tiendas de Tanger Outlets están muy cerca del condominio. A 4 cuadras del mar. Alquiler de carritos de golf también están cerca. Tienen un área de estacionamiento designada para ellos en la propiedad. Muy tranquilo condominio excelente lugar para la escapada de vacaciones perfectas con amigos o familiares. Hermosas vistas del pantano. Wi-Fi gratis

Stayed in July with my children and loved it. Condo was lovely and clean. Very accessible to everything i.e. the beach, grocery, shopping etc. Definitely will be looking to book again in the future.

Amazing

This condo was everything we needed to get away during a pandemic. I was honestly skeptical at first because of bad experiences with others previously. But this did not disappoint! Very clean! Great area. Great price for being only blocks from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. It was so peaceful.

The cherry on top

The place was amazing and a breath of fresh air to come to after a long drive and days spent on the beach in the heat. They really make it feel like home and you can sense that in the air. They gave very clear instructions for check-in and check out. I treated it as if it were mine and took great care. The convience of a short drive to the beach and restaurants made it worth it. I will definitely be booking with them upon next stay.

Just Right !!!

The condo had EVERYTHING I needed, clean, comfort, convenience. Had screen back deck indoor and outdoor pool on site. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with essentials. Just bring your toiletries and clothes. Instructions made everything seamless. Will definitely stay again…. Promise. The only drawback was 2 car parking per unit and trash bin was a walk away.

Great condo

We had a great stay at the Dunes. Daily alligator sightings and a very peaceful coffee on the screened porch each morning were the best part of every day.

Short but sweet stay

The pictures for this rental property do not do it justice! This property is absolutely beautiful and so spacious and clean! Also the beds are super comfy! Would absolutely stay again! The property does have cameras and the owner did let us know before we arrived and we were fine with it, we just made sure our kiddos didn’t change in the common areas.

Amazing Vacation

This was our first time visiting Myrtle beach & Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! Our family from oldest to youngest didnt want to leave. Location is great and close to everything. Will be recommending to family and friends that are looking to go on vacation. My son celebrated his 10th bday while we were there and he loved the 2 pools. Short 8min walk to beach that me and my mother walked every morning while having our coffee. Already looking into booking for next year if i had to recommend anything it would be the washer & dryer combo it is all in one and can take forever to fully dry 1 load of clothes but other then that it was by far our best vacation thus far! Thanks again.

Beautiful location and property.

Property is in wonderful location, great property amenities with pool. Short 10 min walk to beach and few shops including a convenience store. Very clean home. Limited specifications from owner and conflicting info. Had to request check in info and response was info sent day before check in, which was incorrect. Checkout time listed as 11 and owner messaged day of check out that check out 10, cleaning crew arrived at 10 as well. Note said if use linens wash. We did and cleaners said they do that. Nothing In post explains linens. Also had to buy own paper products, toilet paper paper towels and trash bags. Total fine but needed to be in post. Wish had more thorough info about property amenities. When outdoor pool open, key process, where indoor located, more specific on property dumpster. Overall beautiful place clean and great location. Wish had more info from owner.

Great Experience

It was very clean and organized. The whole neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. The renters were very communicative. The beach was a pretty short walk. The only thing is that there was supposed to be a dryer; however, there was not.

Perfect for me

I was a day late getting in, and I regret not taking full advantage of the stay. The overall location put me in proximity to some of my most popular hangouts. The communication was perfect. My favorite amenities were the comfortable living-room furniture, the back porch (made even more perfect by the sound of evening showers) and the proximity to the pool (though I never managed to go). I really like this place and hope to return.

Great condo!

Beautiful property! Very clean and appeared to be newly updated. Owner’s were prompt with responses to any questions during stay. Private beach access was very convenient. We were bummed that the pool was closed, but that was the only negative aspect of our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Condo

Great condo in a very good location. Very clean and well taken care of. Updated and comfortable. Great view of marsh from back screened porch. Excellent communication with property manager/owner. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

The owner checked in with us daily. The condo was extremely clean and family friendly. The washer and dryer was an excellent animity for us and made unpacking when we got home a lot easier as we didnt have to wash anything. It took us 2 minutes max to drive to the beach and about 4-5 minutes to ride the bikes there. The pool wasn't open yet due to COVID-19 but looked extremely clean as well. Only a 5 minute drive to the outlets, walmart, and very close to the pier for fishing. We will definitely book this location with The Greene's condo again!
