The property was in the perfect location and just how it was described! The bed was extremely comfortable like I was sleeping on a cloud. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because it had a musty smell to it. We didn’t really sit out on the patio either because it was very strong.

Awesome 4th Weekend Stay!

Everything was nice, more spacious than we thought, and close to the beach! We did ride the tram, golf cart, back one afternoon from the beach just because lol! The beach area was awesome. Having the elevators was nice since we were on the 4th floor. Indoor pool was nice being that it did storm a couple days we were there. The shower was AMAZING! Only a few recommendations.....bigger coffee pot because my family loves coffee lol, pull out couch needed a little more cushion and more towels but had PLENTY of wash clothes and hand towels.We would definitely stay here again! Ms. Evelyn was very responsive with any questions we had!!!!

Nice Resort Stay

The resort is lovely and our lodge apartment was nice. One of the reasons I booked this specific unit was because it had great reviews and came up when I searched for disability accessibility. Overall it was a nice unit, however the doorways to both bathroom areas are not accessible by wheelchair at all, and barely accessible when using a walker. I feel it is important to note as it was very difficult for my spouse every time he needed to use the bathroom. We did not have any other issues and enjoyed our stay there otherwise.

Great unit at Ocean Creek! The property is great and the unit is very well kept. I did have an issue with the smell of smoke in the unit, most notably on our first 2 days of our trip. The owner was quick to respond to my message. The smoke smell comes from the unit beneath this unit and is dependent on whether or not the owners of that unit are home or not. This owner is working hard to rectify the issue and are making great strides! Even with the slight issue, I would not hesitate to book another stay!

Nice condo, clean and conveniently located between Barefoot Landing and the beach. Just a short walk to both. The only problems we had were the unit was unlocked when we arrived and it smelled like smoke. Also, the sliding glass door handles were both broken and loose. I contacted the host and she quickly replied that she was aware of both issues and that the smoke was coming from another unit and that she had dealing with this for a while and that she had the unit deep cleaned. She said the door handles were going to repaired soon. This was our first time staying in the Ocean Creek Lodges, we usually stay in the Towers. But since this was a last-minute trip, there were no units available in the Towers. This unit isn’t as updated as what we are used to staying in, the kitchen cabinets need updated and the decor could use a refresh, but it was much cheaper than the Towers. The unit did have a nice shower and the bed was comfortable.The oceanfront pool, bar, and grill were great as usual. We even found a shark tooth at the beach!

Exactly what I needed!

This was such a wonderful experience through and through! Evelyn was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my trip. The property was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen, the coziest king bed, and an absolutely AMAZING multi head shower. I just hope this unit is available next time I come!

Quiet and peaceful stay at Ocean Creek

We love staying at Ocean Creek because of the beautiful layout of the grounds. Once you’re in the property you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of N. Myrtle Beach and yet all the amenities of shopping and dining are right outside the gate.

Good not Great

Located right across from Barefoot Landing w/a short 5 min walk to beach. Condo wasn’t as clean as it should have been and back sliding door handle was broken without notifying me about issue. We also had several issues with “roach” like bugs throughout the week. Not Palmetto’s but a small similar bug. A tropical storm all week probably didn’t help with bugs or being so picky on everything. I would stay again in this area maybe just closer to ocean in Towers the complex has.

Great Property, but laundry

We had a great stay. Kitchen was great. TVs were nice However, there is no dryer in the actual unit. There is laundry on the floor, but you need $3 in quarters in order to do one load. No change machine anywhere. This was our only issue during our stay

My sister and I came down for my grandson baseball tournament. We stayed in lodge two. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching squirrels play. We were convenient to the pool and the beach was a short walk. The tram came through on a regular schedule making it easy to take beach chairs down. The little restaurant at the beach was great. We spent 9 nights there for a reasonable price.

Would Stay Again

From booking to checking in to staying and checking out, this was a seamless process. We've always stayed in hotels before, so this was a first-time experience for our family in a condo-style and we were very happy with the location, hospitality of the staff, the price, and we felt safe at all times. The access to the beach was perfect (very short walk), the beach was very clean, and everyone around was respectable and nice. We went the first week of June and not once did we run into long lines or crowds. My only recommendation for the listing/booking is that it is communicated for the occupant to stop in the front office upon arrival to get information about the grounds and the area. We did not know about that until the guard told us late on the 2nd day. We would stay again!!

When I want to relax I head for the Ocean or a Lake. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has enough to offer to keep me busy but not overwhelmed.

I've always loved the ocean and vacationing at Myrtle Beach was a yearly favorite. When I stayed at Ocean Creek Plantation Resort on a vacation I fell in love with the place and purchased my own condo unit to guarantee that I would have a place to stay at Ocean Creek for years to come. Ocean Creek Plantation has it all...pools, beach, tennis, restaurant, playgrounds...all in a very relaxing atmosphere.

I enjoy having my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the outdoor pool. Morning beach walks gets my exercise in for the day. Taking evening walks on the property after dinner is very relaxing and a great way to meet other guests and owners. After a long day of fun in the sun, a quiet evening in this gated community gives me a sense of comfort and security.
