Our home is located on a deep water canal with boat dock directly behind our house. Just steps away from the beach. Our home has 2 separate units. Lower has 1 king, 1 full and a twin. There is an upper and a level unit. Each unit is 2 bdrm/1 bath, separate kitchen and living rooms. I rent each unit for between $135-$200 night. You can rent 1 unit or both units if you need more space. Each unit sleeps 6 or both sleep 12. Each unit is totally separate. See HomeAway property #163509 for more space. This HomeAway site is for the lower unit. The upper unit is HomeAway 163509.

Our dock with accommodate up to a 24 ft boat. Prior to booking please ask if dock is available for boat.

Nicely appointed home for a family vacation

My husband and I spent 10 days at his home for the family annual beach vacation. My daughter and her family rented the upper level unit. This place is 2 blocks walk from the beach access and an ice cream parlor. Our teenage grandson loved having a room to himself and being able to jump out the porch onto the dock for fishing or kayaking or paddle boarding. The kids used the kayaks that came with the house. The home was spotless and the kitchen had all the things we needed. I spent afternoons sitting on the porch and on the floating dock watching the teenagers have fun with their floating gear. I definitely enjoyed the place, its location and the memories.

Beautiful property, close to beach

Property was perfectly clean and adorable, absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Lovely amenities and very close to beautiful beach access, hosts are very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Your search is over!

Stop looking because this is the place! It was clean, had everything we needed, walking distance to the beach and no roaches or bedbugs. You're gonna have an occasional palmetto bug come inside but they do not "live" there and I can honestly say this place had the fewest of any place I have ever rented. The owner was very accommodating and check in was simple. The boys enjoyed fishing and catching crabs from the canal. The pier is not far and it's a great spot for shelling and shark tooth hunting. I don't have a single complaint about our stay.

Great First Experience at Holden Beach

Stay was fantastic and unt was clean and fresh when we arrived. Unit had everything we needed for the week! Caught fish off the dock and in the ocean so the boys and I were definitely happy!

Great communication from owner

He called to review our stay and clarify our needs. I didn’t love the pay as you go laundry but the heads up was nice so we packed not to need to use the laundry. The place was well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend getaway

I booked this property for me and my fiance to relax before a long week of golf in Pinehurst. We loved this property and the location. Everything was just as described!! We are coming back for a week with our children in July, but unfortunately this property was booked!

Perfect getaway!

We loved this beach house! We booked with short notice. Dana and Joel were quick to respond and accept our reservations. The house was clean and well organized. It has everything you need in the kitchen, and all the stuff you need for a great time at the beach. Bicycles, corn hole boards, grill, wagon and chairs. We love being on the canal, and the beach access was very close. We will definitely stay again soon.

Holden Beach and Canal Stay

My husband and I stayed in the lower canal unit for a long weekend in early April. The home was as described in the ad and the kitchen was well stocked. Joel was the perfect host and offered suggestions for restaurants and stores, and how to get our boat to his dock. All suggestions were spot on! The home is located on an intercoastal canal where you can fish or crab from the dock, and you may be able to bring your boat if the dock is available - be sure to check with Joel first. The beach is a very short walk away and there are plenty of bicycles and a wagon to help you get there. Highly recommend this stay, will stay here again when we are in the area. Great location!

Beautiful beach. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Place was just what my wife and I needed for a little get away. Found lots of sea biscuits and shark teeth. Owner was very accommodating and was able to extend our stay a little. Thanks!

Holden Beach Weekend

Came for a weekend get away in October. Place was clean and quiet. Nice view from the back deck of the intercoastal water way. Quick walk to the beach. It was October so it was crowded at all.

Excellent Stay

The place was clean. Check in was the easiest I have experienced in over a decade. Owners were great. Well equipped in all aspects. One of the best vacations we have had.

Great place to stay!

It was just perfect for our family. 2 adults and 3 kids (16, 12, 4) It had a nice view of the canal out off of the back porch. A nice deck and floating pier. It was a perfect size to keep us all together but also give enough privacy for each of us. It was only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach which was pretty much wide open even on Saturday. It was also very clean on the inside. We will definitely be back.

Good

Joel was very helpful. Unfortunately my 12yr old daughter and her friends are freaked out by palmetto bugs. I expected to see one or two but there multiple inside the place at night. She didn’t sleep hardly at all. The toilet is really close to the vanity and it was tough for me to get in there. Outside shower pipe busted which I get it happens but it was not operational. I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

My wife and I purchased our home at Holden Valentine's Day 2000. We were newlyweds when we bought it. Holden beach is truly our home away from home. We have raised our boys with numerous Holden Beach vacations. We hope you can enjoy our home as much as we do.

Our home has a shared washer and dryer located downstairs. We do not provide linens, therefore you will need to bring 1 set of King size sheets, 1 set of full sheets, and twin set.1 set for futon if needed (full), bath and beach towels. There are several places on the beach that will deliver linens for a few. I can get you information if interested.

Our home is located on Holden Beach. We are located less than a 1/2 mile from the pier on a deep water canal. We are a short walk to the beach. Our home is a duplex and has an upper and a lower level. The whole house accommodates 12 people or you can rent just one unit that sleeps 6. The whole house is 4 bedroom/2 bath. Rent the whole house for $260 per night or just one unit for $145 per night. Please email me with questions.
