¿Busca un retiro en la playa para toda la familia? ¿Listo para escapar del ajetreo del trabajo y tu vida loca? ¡Este es el lugar! Casa de cuatro dormitorios y 2 baños ubicada en un canal, a poca distancia de la playa. 4 habitaciones; 1 en el nivel principal tiene una cama king, 2 arriba con reinas, y la última habitación tiene 2 literas. Las literas son dobles en la parte inferior y las gemelas en la parte superior. Amplia cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Porches cubiertos en la parte delantera de la casa y en la parte trasera de la casa. Los porches traseros dan al canal, un gran lugar para ver la puesta de sol. La cubierta y el muelle flotante son excelentes para pasar el rato y pescar. Parrilla de carbón. La salida es el domingo a las 11 a.m. y el registro es el domingo a las 4 p.m.

Just what we needed

This house was just what we needed for our group. With 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 kids everyone had their own space, with enough kitchen chairs for dinner time and nice big couches for movie night. It was an easy walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed fishing and watching crabs off the back dock. The outdoor shower and hose were helpful with washing off sand and there was even some beach toys we could use. We also rented a golf cart and enjoyed riding around the island and going down to the park and ice cream shop. The owners were great communicators and addressed any concerns we had! Thank you!

My family could not have asked for a better vacation at the beach! They had everything we could think of needing to use at the beach, we caught crabs with their crab trap and fished right off the bay deck. The house has a full coffee station and plenty of cookware and dishes which is important with a big family. They had plenty of beach towels and the outside enclosed shower was amazing for coming back from the beach. This is hands down the most accommodating beach house with everything you could think of needing for your family. 10 out of 10! We can’t wait to go back next year!

On Amazing Island Time

This house is stunning. It’s so roomy and comfy. So many places to entertain and enjoy family time. It’s a short walk to the beach access. The house is clean and well stocked with anything you would need for a week. The beds are very comfortable too. The owners kept in touch with me during our stay and made sure that everything was perfect. I didn’t want to leave! It’s even better in person. I rent at Holden every year and this is the best canal house I’ve ever rented!

Perfect Vacation

We had the best time! The house was perfect, just as described. It was in a great location with a beautiful dock in the back. Easy walk to the beach. Nice neighbors. Beds were comfy. Well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc. We look forward to going back!

Multi Family Beach Vacation

Location is just about perfect. Beautiful sunrises from front deck & sunsets from the back deck. Caught fish right from the dock on the canal. Nice short walk to the beach. The beach was so nice, never crowded at all. We will be back next year.

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was well stocked. The dock was perfect for the boat that my daughter and son n law brought. Close walk to the beach and public access. Owners are very approachable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent again.

Love Holden Beach!

This is our fifth year staying at On island Time so we knew exactly what we were getting. We could smell how clean it was when the walked in! The space is great for us and we love the canal and the shower and the Beamers respond in a flash which is pretty great. Perfect distance to the public beach access. We had a fab week!!!

Perfect Beach House

The house was as advertised-in fact, the hosts understated the features of the property. This is a great location without the price of an ocean front property. We enjoyed the house so much we stayed home and ate fresh fish from a local vendor. Most of our group drove over nine hours to get to the property but the location and the features made the long drive worthwhile. We highly recommend this property. and we will be back

Great location to public access!

This was our second time staying at this property, and overall, once again, it was enjoyable. There have been a few changes to the property since our last stay in 2018. We definitely missed the entrance on the street side of the house and we REALLY missed the swing! This was a favorite during our first stay. The dock and canal continues to be an enjoyable space for everyone, as does the back porch. The staircase to the entrance on the canal side has definitely seen better days. There were several step boards that were loose, and my father even put a piece of wood under the bottom step because we were afraid the step might give out. Upon arrival, I did not feel that the house had been cleaned thoroughly. We found several items under the sofa and beds that suggested a thorough cleaning had not been done. The floors also felt dirty. Overall, we enjoyed the stay - the home is cozy and the location is great. But I do feel that the property overall was not as well-loved as it had been in 2018. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Another fabulous week!!!

We had an incredible time at Rob and Michelle’s lovely home. I’m pretty sure it’s our 4th year. We keep coming back because it’s lovely, close to public access, on the canal, within walking distance of the pier (and ice cream) and it has perfect sleeping arrangements for our large group. We love it!

We loved our house on Holden Beach!

We were disappointed that the house needed new shower liners and wasn’t super clean upon our arrival. The dryer vent was full of lint and we are surprised that it hasn’t been a fire hazard. There was pink mold around bathroom and kitchen sinks. We loved the location and the week we spent there, just felt like the cleaning could have been better.

Awesome vacation!

This property was a few minutes walk to the beach and located on a canal. We loved sitting on the dock and the porches. The giant table, three sofas, and the bar stools were perfect for indoor gatherings.

Our family has been traveling to the beach our entire lives, we love the beach and what it has to offer, fishing, sunbathing, kayaking, bicycling, boating and of coarse the seafood restaurants and bars.

On Island Time has a great layout, very open with large rooms.. we love the fact that you are very close to the beach and beach access and you can kayak or boat in the canals to the inter-coastal and check out the creeks and even venture a couple miles to the restaurants. Large deck for hanging out and floating dock to park a boat and fish or crab. If you experience some bad weather, with 5 flat screen TV's everyone will have something to watch.
