Oakmont Lodge is 1 mile from the GTA Owners Club and a 7 mile drive to downtown Galena. This home is dog-friendly, with a max of two dogs w/a pet fee.

When you walk in you will fall in love with the high ceilings and lodge feel. Sit back and relax before the fire or enjoy our 55" Smart TV. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. Our kitchen is stocked and ready for you to entertain. The frig with ice maker, large gas stove and huge 3 sink, will make prepping and cooking a breeze. Our dining room table seats 12 people for meals, games and easy conversation. Next step into the game room and find another amazing spot for everyone to be together. You will find a pool table, seating, flat screen TV, arcade game & wooded views of the outdoors. Step to the rear of the main level and you will enjoy the private and quiet Master bedroom space. A king bed with two closets and access to the en suite bathroom are everyone's favorites. The recently remodeled Master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, double sinks and double showers one being a rain shower. Relax and enjoy! You will have access to the backyard, where you will find comfortable seating and a large outdoor hot tub that is available for use year-round, along with a small rock fire pit. When you head upstairs to the second level you will find 4 large bedrooms that feature en suite bathrooms - no sharing bath space here. Three of the 4 bedrooms have King beds and one has 2 Queen beds so absolutely everyone in the group can sleep in a bed. Every bedroom has its own screen TV with Mediacom cable. There is plenty of room to bring sleeping bags or air mattresses if you wish but we cannot sleep more than 12 people. Please note guests do have access to the 3 car garage at this home. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for overflow. Pet-friendly homes do require a $150 pet fee.

Enjoy access to the GTA Owners Club during your stay. Indoor pool open year-round; outdoor pool open Memorial Day–Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners & their guests. The Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena and The Shenandoah Riding Center. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance. Staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due to their closure.

When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days before check-in. If you cancel before the 14 days, you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file when booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receipt to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible; we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days before check-in. The provider is CSA.

Check-in details, including the home address, access code, and local info, are emailed 3 days before arrival. Early check-in isn’t guaranteed and can only be requested the night before or day of arrival.
