Additional Fees:
Mandatory rental of Linen Charge is $20 per bed sheet set. Towel rentals are $15 per person; however, you may bring your own towels instead.
All dirty linens/towels should be left in Provided linen bags or pillowcases.

Upon request, early check-in and late check out are $30 per hour.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
.Groups Aged 21 and younger must have parent co signer and valid government issued ID If the renter refuses to show proof of ID then the owner can automatically cancel the booking.

For any small, large or electrical appliances or tents or outside fire pits [ Fire Department Approval & F-Chief Inspection, permission must be asked and granted by the owner prior to bringing them to the property . A cost would be assessed and added for such extra amenities.
