A great location with this clean, 2 bedroom/ 1 full bath condo that sleeps 5 located in beautiful Mt Crested Butte. Steps from the bus stop to town and an easy 7 min walk to the ski area. Brand new furniture and finishes, modern and comfortable. One bedroom with a Queen-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed for the kiddos. The lower bunk is a full size and the upper is a twin. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. There is a shared hot tub and gas BBQ with a nice deck area. The condo is equipped with basic cable TV and it has a smart TV device for you to use your netflix or other streaming channels (Amazon firestick). There is a washer and dryer inside the unit and you have one parking spot in the parking lot. This is a great spot to relax after your daytime outdoor adventures !

Great place! Nice and clean and cozy! Can’t beat the location to the mountain. Andrew was responsive when we had questions about the place. All and all I would highly recommend for a family of four. I would love to come back there in the summer and venture around CB from there.

Excellent condo, location, and ammenities!

What a great place to stay for 4 adults. Location to the ski lift was great and the town shuttle made it even easier. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back and enjoy the surroundings g beauty in the summer.

Cozy and convenient!

Condo fit our family of 4. In unit amenities for pretty much all your needs. Enjoyed the building hot tub and walkable to ski lift or you can take a shuttle that picks up next to building every 15 minutes. Was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Great location, cozy condo

We loved this place, so convenient to the shuttle (which we preferred since we had small kids) but also just a 5 min walk from the mountain. Hot tub was great, condo was clean, modern and we really enjoyed being able to include our furry family members in this family trip. We will be back!

Great location to ski hill with short bus ride. Condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable.

We had a great stay

This apartment was extremely convenient for our ski getaway. Just a minute walk from the bus stop to get to base or town, stocked with essentials, and cozy. The only drawback was the shared building hot tub was not warm and we could not figure out how to increase the temperature.

Nice place, close to the mountain.

We stayed here for a snowboarding getaway. Great location, about a 10 minute walk to the base of the mountain or a quick shuttle ride. Place was a bit tight with 4 people but we expected that. Overall, a great experience.

Lovely property

Very nice stay over Christmas. The condo is very well-provisioned, and comfortable. All the little dog-friendly touches were much appreciated. It's very close to the slopes, although I found the stairs hard going after a long day skiing. We saw buses go past though so probably that would have been an option. I just talked my sons into carrying my skis and that worked too :-)

Fabulous hospitality-condo-location

We loved our stay! Andrew was responsive and extremely helpful when asked questions, giving suggestions for activities and tips to make our trip successful! The condo's kitchen is superbly equipped with high quality pans, dishes, knives, and more. His hospitality made us well very welcome and set us up to be able to have fun on the first day because we were prepared on activity options and wth condo amenities. The internet is superb in speed and consistency. Great location within Mt Crested Butte! Can hardly wait to go back!

Great little condo in Crested Butte

Great condo for a little getaway. We visited with our three daughters and our dog. Bedrooms are very small but it worked since we were generally out and about doing things most of the time. Small patio with just a view of the parking lot. Nice to find a place that is dog friendly and pretty easy to get to the path on the main road for walks. Property is very modern and clean!

Great location and ultra-responsive owners

This condo is very nicely appointed, and in a great location on the mountain! When we arrived, which wasn’t till after 10PM, the unit hadn’t been cleaned, so I complained to the owners. Amazingly, they responded within an hour, and by 7 or 8 AM the following day, which was a Sunday, they had figured out that it was a glitch in the scheduling program for the cleaners. They managed to get the cleaners there that very day at a time of our choosing. While nobody wants to start a rental in a dirty condo/house/whatever, this was no fault of theirs, and their quick response was so impressive, it speaks volumes about them, and I would gladly rent from then again. They actually care… Other than that, the unit is tastefully appointed, with nice appliances, towels, bedding, etc., as opposed to grandma’s old hand-me-downs that you see in some rentals. And the location is, of course, great. 15 min closer to the upper mountain trails than if you stayed in Crested Butte proper, but still just a short drive to the town’s shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay! Love the hot tub after bike rides and hikes

The property was incredibly stocked, right down to body lotion, shampoo, and body wash! Everything in the condo was very thoughtful, and easy to use. We thought it would be great if they would put in a sectional sofa, because it was hard for the two of us to be on the one so far and relax. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Clean, Comfy and Close to the Slopes

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as represented and was very clean. It's a 5 minute walk to the slopes so very convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again!
