You will experience a real feeling of being right beside the water with the house stunningly designed by talented architects for inside/outside living. BBQ your meals on the alfresco deck in one of the most idyllic climates in Australia, 'The Sunshine Coast'.

Our home can sleep up to 8 adults, with all rooms being generous in size.

A convenient bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet are adjacent.
Principle lounge with views down the canal. Second lounge overlooking pool.
‪Brand new kitchen with a SMEG range oven and walk in pantry. Fully equipped.
Separate laundry with iron.

The lagoon style pool enjoys sun all day and has 2 hot water showers!

Our place is the ultimate getaway, our own families love spending holidays at our home and we hope yours will too!

Relax by your own pool and enjoy the beautiful water views as the sun sets over the sandy beach. Ideally located a few minutes walk from nearby cafés, eateries and shops and a little over 2km from Mooloolaba’s main beaches, restaurants, cafés, Surf Club, shops and much much more (a 20-25 min walk or 8 min down the dedicated cycle tracks). What better excuse is there to leave your car at home!

Or, if you prefer to put your feet up and let your mind wander this house is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the subtropical Queensland climate with its true indoor/outdoor living appeal. There are multiple alfresco casual seating and dining areas to unwind in, nestled around the lagoon style pool with a 'beach' entry perfect for budding little swimmers, all exclusively for your use.

FAMILIES
If you have a family in tow, there are lots of local attractions to keep you busy including Sea Life, Australia Zoo, great outdoor parks, beach walks, scooter/bike tracks, a new skateboard park and the recently redeveloped marina that boasts family friendly dining options in addition to the traditional 'Mooloolaba Strip'.

EVENTS
There are year round events in Mooloolaba and surrounds including Surf Competitions at Alexandra Headland, RSL Comps, Ironman, Mooloolaba Triathlon, sailing regattas and multiple seaside specials during public holidays.

LOCALITY AND SURROUNDS/BLACKALL RANGES
Walk or cycle to the most beautiful beaches and a host of coffee shops, restaurants. Enjoy the Mooloolaba, Alex and Maroochydore Surf Clubs.
Take a canal and fishing harbour cruise or go whale watching (June - November).

Drive inland to the renowned Blackall Ranges Tourist Drive, with spectacular lookouts over the Glasshouse Mountains at the Mary Caincross Rainforest Reserve, continuing to Montville mountain village and later the Mapelton Falls. Kondalilla Falls are near Maleny with its farming communities.
Visit the famous Australia Zoo and the Eumundi Markets not forgetting the wineries.

Noosa Heads and its unique boutique style atmosphere is just a 30 minute drive to the North along the coast route passing by half a dozen quaint and attractive surfing beaches.

SHOPPING/CINEMAS
Destination shopping is at the newly extended Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza including David Jones and Myers and 370 specialist shops and cinemas. There is a new zip line and outdoor pursuit complex next to the Plaza riverside restaurants and over the Maroochy River which runs through. The Sunshine Plaza is 10 minutes by car or catch the buses at the end of our road. Kawana Shopping World is 5 minutes away by car or bus and provides Gold Class cinemas.
