Great Location Universal / Disney - Nouveaux meubles!

Fantastique maison de vacances. Au cœur des parcs. Propre et confortable. Grande cour latérale en plus de la piscine.

Il est situé en plein milieu des grands parcs. C'est à environ 15 minutes de Disney, 28 minutes de Universal et 26 minutes de Sea World. Sans parler d'une douzaine d'autres parcs.

Deux chambres de maître avec salles de bains attenantes! Nouveaux meubles. Super endroit où séjourner.

Je n'ai pas encore de photos avec les nouveaux meubles. Cela arrivera bientôt.

Toute la maison

J'ai un excellent gestionnaire immobilier qui habite à proximité. Son nom est David.

Je recommande une voiture de location ou Uber / Lyft. Les voitures de location sont à un prix très raisonnable dans la région.

Le chauffage de la piscine est de 25 $ par jour pour couvrir les coûts (standard pour la région). Si vous le souhaitez, faites-le-moi savoir ou à David.

Les petits animaux de compagnie formés sont autorisés avec un dépôt non remboursable de 100 $ par animal.

Great house, yard & location!!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was great! Overall very clean and the yard was perfect for the dogs. Beds were new and comfy, furniture new and all was as described. I’d definitely stay here again!!

The property is very nice and comfortable to spend with your family and friends. It need more attention on maintenance and cleaning, overall a very nice property. Will stay again.

Poorly maintained house with a lot of busted bulbs and broken door fence lock, empty propane tank on gas grill, super dirty grills, clogged tub which I cleaned, got a lot of hair and toilet paper on the drainage. Don’t get deceived by the photos posted. It is not what it is. Wifi is different from the email and the booklet. Property manager does respond at all. Blinds are broken. We will never come back here.

Location very good however, the property was not very well maintained. Lots of very old pool furniture and shabby condition. Had to ask for additional towels and other amenities that would normally be in place. TV system very difficult to figure out and had to buy batteries for remotes.

Easy Stay

The location and set up of the house are great. The cleanliness wasn't top notch. Not unsanitary but there was some dust on walls/doors etc and some baseboards etc need paint refreshening. The sliding patio door tracks were dirty and rollers need repair- door almost comes off track without sliding. Everything else works well! The pool heat was great! Communication is good and managers are attentive.

Neighborhood was ok shopping near by. However the home itself was ok but the maintenance for guests was not. Subpar at best by my standards. We had to clean the bathrooms and wash linens ourselves. Grill was filthy, one of the bunk beds was broken screws protruding, not safe for sleeping. Front door had a latch at the top of the door for securing it closed. Was disappointed I am looking for a location to come to annually but this is not the place. The search continues. This is my first time utilizing VRBO normally I have booked other properties that were amazing not sure what is going on here.

The 1st day we got in the house we was able to check early which was cool but when we got in we seen roaches we contacted the manger of the property and they came and sprayed but when they did that it seem to be more roaches contacted them again and didn’t get a answer or a message over all it was a disappointment

Nice Vacation Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood not too far from the parks and other attractions. A nearby wooded area is home to deer, a pair of which stood right outside the house one night. The two master bedrooms are nearly identical as are the two smaller bedrooms. Cleanliness was OK, but there was some mildew on the shower curtain, chair marks on the dining room wall, ceiling over the patio needs some repair, and a few other minor issues. Game room could also use some attention (pool table and cue sticks not in great shape, no darts for the board), but I get it, this is not the place for pro billiard competition and we had a great time regardless. Would stay here again.

Everything you need and a warm pool

I need to give the cons first, but before you think I'm being too hard, I would stay here again and we very much enjoyed her stay. However, if you don't know these things going in to the rental, you might be disappointed:. Cleanliness of the kitchen and places you actively work or relax was acceptable. However, the fake greenery around the house, ceiling fans and light pictures had about an inch of dust and dirt on them. The shower curtain in our room had decent amount of mold. The window blinds in the bathroom did as well. Knowing how people have to fight mold so much in Florida, we were fine with that, and the dirtiness in other places was not anything that affected us. We did not have TV nor internet from Tuesday through Friday afternoon. The manager kept trying to help us, but it just took a really long time to finally get things to work. Again, we understand and things like this happen. Now the pros:. The layout of the house is great. You could easily go there with two families. There are two large master bathrooms each with large tubs, large closet, king beds and plenty of room. There are two other rooms each with four bunk beds in them. We would have loved to find this house when we had younger kids. It sleeps 12 easily. There or only four of us so we only used the two master bedrooms. Sound was great. We did not hear the other couple, nor did they heard us once we retired for the night. The best part about the whole house was the pool. We have paid to have a heated pool at many places in Florida and when we have, the pool is barely warm enough to get in. Therefore, you don't use the pool like you would like to. However, at this house, the pool was so nice and warm. This really is a big deal. We were able to enjoy the pool very much. Especially in the evening after the sun went down, it was so nice to have a warm pool to relax in. We would definitely stay again. The reason I gave the place an overall four star is because of the cleanliness.

Amazing!!

Everything was amazing at this property! The only issue we had was the trash service. The dates didn’t match the actual days for trash/recycle pick up. The host was very responsive and we had a blast. Will definitely be going back!!

Enjoyable property

The home seems like a fairly new rental- light bulbs out, basic kitchen items were missing, no hand towels or washcloths- however property manager David was very responsive and provided us with what we needed right away. Hopefully it is now set up for the next guest! The garage reeked of smoke so unfortunately we couldn't use it. Note on the comforters in the closet, there are plenty but most seemed like people used & put them back without washing. Also you could tell the home was cleaned, but we found dust bunnies, crumbs, etc in some places.. there are no cleaning supplies provided so we bought our own. The rest of the property could use some touching up to update it but it worked for our needs!

Great place for families

Everything was great! We had 2 large families stay there and everybody had a blast. The bedrooms with the bunkbeds were a lifesaver. The location was great, everything we needed was only about 5 minutes away and the parks were only about 20 minutes. The house had everything we needed, including a high chair, crib, plenty of cutlery and place settings, and enough seating to get by. If you're looking for a place for large families but don't want to spend a ton, then I would highly recommend Eagle Pointe South/Magic Holiday.

Very Frustrated

From the moment we walked into the property it was instant disappointment. We found the place very dirty (even though the cleaner was just there), the pool had busted balloons and broken pieces of plastic at the bottom, the pool also had what looked like material from a diaper floating around. There were over 50 balloons stuck in the filter of the pool, there was a broken down food still on it set of grills in the backyard. Property manager had no clue when any of this was brought up which tells me he never checked. There was a broken screen and the screen door was broken in the pool area. We found food wrappers under the beds in the bunk bed rooms. It was very discussing. After the initial shock, the toilet broke in the hallway and then two days later the air conditioner broke. When called to ask about it, the PM brought over 2 portable window unit things, but that only covered two rooms. I had to go out and purchase fans with my own money, so we didn't die of heat. It took until 7pm 24 hours later to finally feel cool in the house. IT was horrible in the flordia heat. When I got a hold of the owner, he was very apologetic, but offered only a small refund. It was a slap in the face. Wish it was better but no luck.

Best family vacation

It was my first vacation with my adult children and granddaughter and we had the best time just relaxing by the pool. I feel like the house was everything and more. Looking at the pictures on HomeAway I knew the house would be nice but it was way better in person and when it came time to leave we were very sad we're hoping to make this a yearly thing thank you so much for sharing your house with us.
