Couple of towels had lots of hair, refrigerator didn’t cool enough for our milk to stay fresh. Did mentioned from first day that they were gonna install it but never did. Pool heat was never on but when it was turned on, it never got warm. I paid for the heating too. Otherwise everything else was okay.

We had a good weekend stay and visit with our family. The house was nice and the heated pool was a great asset for entertaining 4 rowdy kids. We had everything we needed. Lots of towels and comfy beds. The house was a little further away from shopping than I thought but still manageable. All in all nice place!

Would return to this property in the future! was within a reasonable distance from grocery, food, and activities. Was always nice and cool temperature wise. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Rooms were cute and roomy. everything was clean and tidy. The only complaints would be to maybe have an extra roll of toilet paper under sink so we wouldn't have to bug you.

great place, great pool, great location

We came for a volleyball tournament and wanted quiet refuge with a pool. This fit the bill. There were a couple issues, but the owner handled them quickly, and even allowed us extra late checkout (3pm) the last day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful. Very quiet. The pool amazi g. The couch is cute but Comfortable however the bed in the masters is very comforable. No grill. Would stay again.

Great place

This was truly an outstanding place to stay. Very clean and highly recommended. We brought our youngest daughter and their two children which one has a disability. We all loved the location for access to theme parks and the place was like being at home but on vacation Thank you for making our vacation experience wonderful

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

We had pretty much everything we needed for our trip. The home was well set up, and had a nice view of the pond. The heated pool was great. The home is set in a small community outside the city. It was just a short trip to parks. Theres a walmart close by. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay, and we would definitely rent this home again!

2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay at this location. The property manager communicates very well. Had a couple little hiccups but they were handled immediately, Nothing to stop me from returning for a 3rd visit.The house was as promised, cleaned and ready for our vacation. Our first vist was with my wife and 2 younger children, this time we brought our older children and granson along as well. Had enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. Very happy!!! Thumbs up!!

Our stay was nice and relaxing just what we were looking for! Little upset they said we'd have a grill and then were told we'd have to rent one. Also no ice or water in the fridge guessing it wasn't hooked up

Excellent Villa

A big thanks to the owner for another very enjoyable and relaxing 4 week stay in Villa Euphoria.The villa is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent location with a sparkling heated pool and views over the lake.It is also very convenient for the shops, particularly the Walmart Superstore, restaurants and the Disney and Universal attractions.This was our third visit and we are hoping to make it our fourth next year.

Just ok

We had a fantastic time in orlando we did ask to stay an extra day only because i didn'twant to move somewhere for one day!! The place was ok. Not the cleanest i have been in. There are a TON of rules and i kind of felt like i was in a fish bowl with the cameras on us in the pool and front door all the time. Felt like i was being watched all the time. It is run down and could definitely use some maintenance not just from the local yard sale. You have no control over the air conditioning i can only imagine how hot and miserable it would be in the middle of summer when you cannot turn down the AC. 78 degrees at night is ridiculous to try to sleep in and we always keep the doors shut as the host said this would make the Ac work right but it was still always uncomfortably hot!! I did not try to contact the host to correct this. I will probably find somewhere else next time.

House was excellent, but one item listed in the house was not in the house, and it was a different service that need to be paid, for the price of the renting it was shocking not having that specific item.

Just okay

We had an okay stay but it was advertised incorrectly. It stated there was a gym which there is no gym whatsoever. You can go pay to get into a gym nearby. Some of our sheets had stains but luckily there were others to change our bed with. The pool was very nice but the pool area had damage to some of the screens so there were a lot of bugs. This could’ve been from the recent hurricane so that was somewhat understandable. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and you sunk into a hole then it was hard to move around. The queen size bed was very hard. It felt like you were laying on concrete. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and the air conditioner was controlled by the owner. After requesting for him to let us make it colder, he did lower it to 70 degrees. The sliding glass door was broken and hard to open and close. The game room was very dated with an old pool table and foosball table. The crib was a pack and play which was fine. There was also a high chair which came in handy. The neighborhood was decent.

Vacation 2023

We really only slept at the house. We went on a cruise first and to the parks daily so we never got to enjoy the pool. The house was very nice and accommodated our whole family. It served our needs. Everything you need is close by. I would recommend this house if you like lots of space and quiet which we loved.

Florida!!!!

Does not sleep 11 ppl. 5 twin bed, 1queen bed, 1 king bed. No futon and air mattress would not stayed pumped up. Best part of the house was the pool. There is no lake behind the house it’s a pond.

Scott’s Vacation

The home is beautiful and equipped with the luxury of a pool and fishing lake right out the back yard! It also isn’t to far from activities like the beach and Disney World. The property manager was amazing. I’d definitely stay again.

None of the Televisions were working in the rooms but overall it was a Great stay the Pool waa awesome and the Kitchen was amazing!
