Gorgeous blackbutt timber cladding and polished concrete floors through the living areas is perfect for the beachside lifestyle.
There is a luxurious master suite on its own level with sitting area and private balcony that overlooks the pool. This is accessed by a stunning floating staircase.
Four meter ceilings in the kitchen opening to a superb alfresco area, and 2.7 meter ceilings throughout the rest of the home.
Bedrooms two has a queen bed & bedroom 3 & four have standard single beds and they are all generously sized with built in wardrobes.
The main bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a free standing tub.
There is a study adjacent to the living room, great for a home office or homework area. This property has a double lock up garage & off street parking. The house also has an attached self contained,1 bedroom studio apartment, call Crows Nest, that can be additionally booked for larger groups.

Lovely property

Well-appointed and comfortable property. The only downside was that it was in a black spot for phone coverage.

Beach getaway

Stayed here for four days with friends and had a great time. Walking distance to shops and the beach. The house is beautiful and is great for entertaining with the barbecue and pool. The house was advertised as three bathrooms but for some reason only two were accessible, assuming the third was behind a locked door which no keys were able to unlock. With eight people shower time took a while! A small inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic stay, highly recommend this property.
