Large lower deck with grill, and small balcony off bedroom. Amenities include outdoor pool, tennis courts, fishing pond, horseshoes, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground. Non-smoking. Pet friendly with fee.

Wonderful amenities and location.

Wonderful amenities and location. The pool, pickle ball and ping pong table were great! The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Deerfield is a great place for families with children. Lots to enjoy outdoors. Excellent! They even mailed my shoes that were accidentally left behind.

We loved the stay overall.

We loved the stay overall. There are a few kind suggestions: leave a new sponge for dishes for guests, add 1-2 bigger pots (6 or 8 quart). It was difficult to cook soup and other dishes in the small pot. Thank you kindly.

Our Canaan Vacation

Overall this property is Ok but far from excellent. The property is comfortable and located close to activities offered by the resort.. There are some issues with the property that need to be addressed: The house has a musty smell. The handle on the downstairs toilet needs to be repaired. The upstairs windows do not open. The cleanliness and condition of the gas grill is atrocious. The shower curtain rod in one bathroom needs to be replaced since the existing rod will not stay in place.

Happy Times at Canaan

We had a great stay at Deerfield. Long hikes, smores, lots of golf, pickleball and grilling out were are favorite activities.

Great stay.

Great stay. It was very spacious for being a condo. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow around the house. There are a lot of thermostats. It took us a while to realize it and get the place warm. May want to leave a note about that. Second time renting with you. Very easy check in / check out process.

Great!

Spotlessly clean, close to many winter activities. Kitchen stocked with all the necessities including coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and towels. Firewood on the condo porch, as well as wood available at management office was wet from snow, so buy it from inside the Stop n Save.

Well appointed for a ski getaway

Not the fanciest place in the Canaan Valley, but well appointed and functional for a ski (or presumably summer) getaway. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils. Beds were good. Parking was easy, and there were snow plows coming through regularly, even with like an inch of snow.

Great place!

Nice and cleaned house near Davis. It is closed to two good sky resorts. Internet connection was great, which was important for my children. Check-in and check-out was easy. I ay go back in summer time. I / definitively recommend this place!

We loved spending time on the back deck with the beautiful furniture and two grills. Awesome view and wonderful people in Deerfield on the well maintained grounds and units. We have been visiting WV, particularly Canaan Valley, for over 30 years and always have found Deerfield Village to be an extremely well kept and friendly small community with the amenities that we enjoy. thank you and we will see y’all soon! Smooth and simple. Found and paid for the rental unit available on the web, picked up and dropped off the keys at your office (very close to Deerfield) and instructions were straight forward.
