Deux chambres à coucher complÚtes et deux salles de bain, une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche. Canapé-lit gigogne dans la grande salle pour deux personnes supplémentaires. Great stay! Easy walk to Spanish Springs area with dining and shopping options. The property is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. This was our second time here and would stay again.

Perfect for family

They place was great for families with kids. The bunk beds were perfect for our 2 families and 4 kids. The place was clean, well stocked, and the hosts were very responsive.

Villages stay Memorial day weekend

This stay has been one of our favorite! The home was so accommodating for our family, even including a toy room for the kiddos! There were many special touches such as small bags of toiletries that included toothbrushes, razors, and soap as well as a stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a quick family trip

The house was clean and welcoming with bonus amenities such as snacks/drinks and toiletries. The hosts were very hospitable and easy to communicate with. Check out process was simple. Definitely a place we would rent again if we found ourselves needing to stay in The Villages.

Perfect place to stay with 5 kids ! Everything was clean well kept and working ! Just a 5 min drive to target and you can walk into town. The host provided our passes to use the recreation areas and was always available to answer any questions within 5 minutes of sending a msg .

We are a retired couple from Georgia who moved to The Villages 10 years ago. We live about 10 minutes from the house. We manage the property ourselves and respond quickly when our guests have a question or issue.

This property is great for families and friends to all stay together. It is close to Spanish Springs Town Center where nightly live music and dancing are held free of charge. There are also many pools available to our guests. You will also have golf privileges while staying in our home.

There are not many family-centric listings. We not only sleep 10 people, we also provide a decent number of toys for the little guys and girls. Very close to a Town Square and golf courses. Guest passes are provided upon request that will give you access to all of the fun that residents enjoy.
