A sunny and bright peaceful corner unit in a very private setting located at end of lane (no through traffic). Includes back yard, patio, surrounded by a tree lined boundary and privacy fence in the back.
Downstairs master bedroom with King bed, loft with 2 twin beds, and 2nd bedroom off the loft with 2 twin trundle beds. 50 yards from the Fetcher pool complex with indoor / outdoor pools, spas, sauna. Also includes fitness building, tennis, volley ball, and basketball courts. A 1/4 mile away is a second outdoor pool including the Shark Bah. 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail trail and 1 mile and 1/2 to bay side beaches
This is our 3rd move at the Ocean Edge. Each move we needed a larger property for our condo rental.
The previous 3 years we where located in Chilton Village. We sold out each season. We simply needed a larger home for our guests. We had 12 Reviews over the 3 years at Chilton with 12 "5 Star" Ratings.
The previous 3 years before Chilton Village we where located in Fletcher Village. Again, we sold out each season. At Fletcher Village we had 15 Reviews over the 3 years with 15 "5 Star" Ratings.
We tell you this about our previous condos because we cannot transfer Reviews or Ratings so we are appearing as new owners but this is our 6th year on Home Away
This Trevor Village Town House property includes:
- A comfortable living room with leather sofa, love seat, sturdy comfortable leather reading chair, electric fireplace for added ambiance, 50” flat screen TV, a ductless cooling and heating system for quiet, comfort.
- The master bedroom (downstairs) includes a king size bed, a dressers, a 40” flat screen TV, a large closet for storage. A ductless cooling and heating system for quiet, comfort.
- The guest bedroom (upstairs)has two new twin trundle beds, 2 dressers and a 50" flat screen TV. A ductless cooling and heating system for quiet, comfort.
- The loft (upstairs) has two new twin beds, a couch, a dresser, and a 30" flat screen TV
- A new Kitchen dining set provides the comfort of home while enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bathrooms with 1 newly installed sink, vanity, and counter top
Our condo is ideally suited for day trips to Provincetown, Chatham, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and the national seashore beaches or you may choose to relax at one of the resorts outdoor pools. Nearby you will have access to golfing, beaches, fishing, whale watching, restaurants, and the art galleries and antiques shops along historic 6A. Bring your own bike or rent one at the resort. Bike from the condo onto Cape Cod bike trail to Nickerson State Park, and the Orleans shops. Lots of family attractions nearby.
Sponsored Guest Fees apply for Pool Passes and Tennis. 2 adult beach chairs and beach umbrella included. 14 night minimum stay

This is our 3rd Property at Ocean Edge. We sold our first one at Fletcher Village in 2016. In the 3 years of renting at Fletcher Village we received 15 traveler reviews, all 5 Stars. We sold our 2nd property at Chilton Village in 2020. We received 12 reviews with 5 stars. In 6 years of renting two different properties we had 27 Reviews, all 5 stars. We tell you this as HomeAway does not allow reviews to be transferred between properties and this new purchase has us appearing as new owners. We are not.
We have purchased this property to add another bedroom the loft, and to have a townhouse, (more room).
We do provide the same exceptional level of 5 Star service.
We’ve been married for 35+ years with 4 children. We understand the importance of having a family orientated vacation or a romantic get-a-way accommodation we can trust. To arrive at our destination that is easily accessible, updated, clean, and comfortable.
We also understand the importance of Service as we both maintain professional careers in industries where a high standard of customer service is expected and delivered. We are customer service minded and taking care of our guests needs is our top priority. Responsive relaxed, personable, professional, and friendly; we aim to provide genuine hospitality for our guests in a generous manner before, during, and after their vacation at our comfy and relaxing condo.

Our home at the Ocean Edge Resort is a treasured retreat that we are happy to share for a week, or more. We strive to make our guests feel that this is their home by making it somewhere we would want to stay. Outstanding property,location, and owners.
We have always enjoyed being guest @ Ocean Edge. They are hands on owners and provide exceptional customer service. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives. one word that describe our experience would be outstanding.

Outstanding property,location, and owners.
We have always enjoyed being guest @ Ocean Edge. They are hands on owners and provide exceptional customer service. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives. one word that describe our experience would be outstanding.

Our mid Cape location on Route 6A in the quaint town of Brewster provides proximity to the ocean, the bay, the National Seashore, the best restaurants, tons of diverse activities from shopping to antiques, to whale watching. On the Resort, the pool complex and tennis are right across the way from our condo. Use the Ocean Edge shuttle to the resort restaurants and other amenities. Guests receive authorization to obtain passes to Ocean Edge Resort's indoor pool, outdoor pool, saunas, Jacuzzi's, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, fitness center, and 4 restaurants. This is truly a great destination for a family of four or your romantic get-a-way.
