Shower repair

Firstly, completely surprised I had to send a photo ID before checking in which didn't sit well with me because the link was not a secure link guaranteeing privacy. Most important was that immediately on checking in Saturday I noticed the guest shower wasnt working. I notified the property owner who stated she would have someone out to repair. When I continued to ask what time the repairman would arrive property own sent me a text " there are only 2 people renting" which I interpreted to say deal with it! On Tuesday someone showed up took a look and didnt return to repair until Thursday afternoon. What an inconvenience to have guest sharing a shower for 5 days. The owner never offered a discount. What a disaster.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful. Bedrooms were good size except for one that was really small. There is only one bedroom with a TV. We would have preferred a couple more in the other bedrooms. Called the property manager because the pool and hot tub were not warm at all. Never received a call back. Would have preferred someone to call me back and tell me they couldn’t do anything about it rather than ignore me. Overall beautiful.

Great House!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was lovely and the pool area is exceptional!! Since the Cape Coral beach and Sanibel had severe hurricane damage we spent a good portion of the day by the pool and in the hot tub. Marie was very helpful and the house had just about just everything you need to get started with your stay. There was only 2 of us, but this house has plenty of room for a large family and it is a plus that they allow pets (although not a great neighborhood to walk a dog). I would definitely recommend.

Dirty & Pool didn't work

What a huge disappointment. I tried to move this reservation after Ian to another home or another date and was denied. We were told the pool and spa were in perfect working order and neither were. We needed someone to come out & fix the heat in the spa & they never could get the pool heated so we were unable to use it all week. The house was dirty with roaches and cobwebs. Flatware was dirty & only a couple kitchen towels were provided for washing the dishes. The lenai & all the sliding glass door thresholds were filthy which made opening the doors more difficult. We did attempt to extend our reservation only due to bad weather back home but the charge was ridiculous considering the amenities were not up to par. No attempt to make good on what was promised at all. Do not recommend whatsoever.

This Home is a Gem!

Best decision made when planning our Summer Vacation was renting Villa Santa Rosa! The home is beautiful. Loved the open concept. The 4 bedrooms were perfect size and having 3 bathrooms was great. Our favorite and most used feature of this home is the lanai and pool. It is where we lived. In fact, we put the TV on only one time to watch a movie. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Great time !

This house is super comfortable and worked out very well for us . the pool is spectacular. We loved the walk up bar in the pool . plenty of patio area at the pool also. the master bedroom was really nice . We also love that it had a cabana bathroom attached to one of the bedrooms . property can use a little TLC but overall was in good shape. I would definitely rent this property again

Pictures don't do this place justice

Here are some tips for next visitors that we didn't know: - The pool/spa area is even more amazing than pictured. It was where we spent most of our time. It's heated too! - They have plenty of towels for the pool are (I wasn't sure so we brought our own). Plus they have full size washer/dryer. - They have pool toys/floaties. Again, we brought some our own as we were not sure and could have saved on luggage space. - Coffee is regular filtered (not Kurig). - Kitchen is stocked with everything you should need otherwise (for me, this was mainly: has wine bottle opener). -Neighborhood was safe enough to jog around every morning however they do not have sidewalks. We don't have small kids but I would consider this if you are parents of stroller age kids. - Our only issue was property management could be better. First off, I had to ask twice about cancellation policy before they told me (and basically you can't cancel with this property without losing your large deposit). Then they never gave me direct contact information as to whom to contact as the "property manager" so I had to guess. Then lastly, I requested a minor 2-hour delayed checkout due to our flight times and it was denied. I have never experienced a denial at my other VBRO rentals. Other than this, we had an amazing stay at this property and it was better than advertised!

Gorgeous Property with everything we needed!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house is beautiful, and fit 2 families of 4 with plenty of room. The pool, hot tub, dock, and beautiful view were amazing. Our family enjoyed every minute and didn't want to leave. Our son loved being able to fish off the dock, and caught quite a few fish. We left some dinosaur floaties for the next family to enjoy!

Santa Rosa.

Never saw the property manager. They never returned our calls. Had problems with the pool heat, many burnt out light bulbs, smoke alarm kept going off last night. 2 kitchen chairs were very wobbly and coffee maker needed to be replaced.

Perfect Getaway

This property was wonderful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet which made for a relaxing vacation. The property is just as listed. We spent most of our time on the huge lanai with the pool. Even though we couldn't use the boat that is at the house, there was plenty of room to dock our rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

House was great for what we were looking for, pool was heated upon arrival and house had everything we needed to start out our trip. Would highly recommend. My only statement would be for the 'cleaning' fee and what they charge us I would think the house would have been more clean.

Adult Trip

My fiancé and I traveled down with 2 other couples for an adult weekend trip. The house was wonder and definitely large enough to fit all 6 or us with room to spare! Pool and outdoor space was great! We recommend! ♥️

Cape Coral - Santa Rosa Ct vacation home

Very nice property! Very comfortable with all the amenities for a great vacation. We rented a boat and parked it on the dock behind the house. Only a short ride out to the Caloosahatchee River and about 30 minutes to Sanibel Island from there. The pool was very nice and a welcome refreshing dip after each of our boating days was great. A few inconsequential issues too few to mention. We would've appreciated an extra hour for checkout but were turned down upon request. Had to turn around to recover one leftover item which they accommodated but then realized nobody (cleaners) was there and we probably could've been granted the additional hour and not had to rush out. Otherwise, 4 and a half stars out of 5. Very nice property! Would stay again.

Santa Rosa property

House was nice a roomy lots of space. Pool was pretty, we did have some issues with property. The grill didn’t work for us pool lights also didn’t work.I tried taking my daughter for a bike ride , all the bikes were flat and neither of the two air pumps worked. Trip and stay a property could of been better if these items would have worked!

Had a great stay. House as described with basic necessities such as shampoo, dishwasher and laundry pods which are all appreciated. Very nice neighborhood centrally located. Loved the pool and hot tub and the back patio. Definitely would recommend!

Peaceful house and scenery

A beautiful house! Loved the two masters with connected bathrooms, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, and the backyard with the canal and sunset view was beautiful too. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions or issues, and it was a great stay.

Villa Santa Rosa stay

My wife and kids had a great time staying at this villa. We stayed 6 weeks, while our home was being remodeled. And I can't say anything negative about the home, the host, nor the management company. Excellent service. Look forward to staying there again next year.
