The Captains Landing is georgous, spacious villa located in the the most desired area of Cape Coral! We are situated on a corner lot with a beautiful canal in the back in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown cape is within walking & or biking distance, with amazing culture and restaurants. Cape Coral beach are just up street.

Things to note:
Electric is charged per usage after your stay. This will allow you the ability to adjust the A/C and pool heater to your perfect comfort level during your stay. The meter is read before and after each stay to ensure you are only charged for the amount you use. You will be asked to send a picture of the meter as part of your check in & check out instructions.
