Location is wonderful. We walked to grocery store and to the downtown area where there are several unique shops and a wide variety of dining options. It is a short and easy drive to the beach and to the Astros Spring Training field. We had to park on the street but there was always an empty space for us. The unit is newly renovated and very clean. We missed having a private outside area. The enclosed patio is nice but we didn't feel comfortable knowing that our neighbors were sharing the area.

I was concerned about the fact that I had to park on the street, but it was not an issue. The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished, the bed and bedding was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and had a beach town feel to it. The streets were small and stores close by so you could walk from place to place. It felt like Florida used to be. The ONLY problem with the apartment is the AC. It is an old fashioned box unit that hangs out the window in a plywood frame, like my parents had in the 1970s, and it was very loud. Luckily I was able to turn it off since the weather was on the chilly side, because I never would have been able to sleep with it running. Updating the AC would make this place 5 stars .

Home away from our boat

We loved this little place! We needed a place to stay while my husband and I were working on our boat. Unfortunately, we were too busy working all day to do any exploring. It was quiet, the showers were hot, air conditioning was cold and the bed was comfortable. That all we really needed. The host was flexible and allowed us to stay longer than we expected to.

Really cute and convenient spot!

My partner and I stayed over New Years for a quiet night in. The location was really convenient, it was very private and quiet despite New Years shenanigans, and it had everything we needed to have a nice, quick getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

Great Location

Property was very clean with all amenities. The location was great - walk to restaurants and Publix. The courtyard in back was a sunny place to relax. I enjoyed my stay there!

Nice place

It's a nice little place. Wish we were told that we would be on the 2nd floor or that we were given three option because wife has bad knees was a pain for her everytime to get inside. Otherwise the place was clean and nice. The couch bed was a little lumpy. It was with worth the money we paid. Nice place
