Perfect location in Sun City Center near all Main Campus facilities, on beautiful Swan Lake. This well maintained fully furnished 2 bedroom/2bath home has exceptional curb appeal. Very spacious L- shaped living and dining room, upgraded kitchen plus interior Florida room with wide view of Swan Lake. Covered and screened in lanai concrete deck extends across entire rear of house allowing for family and guests to spread out and enjoy the beauty of Sun City Center living at its best. Rental includes WiFi, basic cable on 65" smart TV (plus TV’s in both bedrooms), lawncare and utilities.

Sun City Center offers no-maintenance living and many recreational activities including community pools, a large fitness center, tennis, lawn bowling and golf course. (Access to pool and activities requires the purchase of daily guest passes. If you wish to use these facilities, please contact host. For 90+ day rental, passes are included in the cost of the rental.) Sun City Center is located a short ride from award winning Gulf beaches, as well as Tampa's cultural and sporting events. Tampa International, St Petersburg-Clearwater & Sarasota Regional Airports are approx 45 minutes from house. (Orlando & Fort Myers Airports are approximately 2 hours away.) Come to Sun City Center and enjoy living the carefree Florida lifestyle....

This home is like "coming home." The view of the Lake has a very calming feel and the shore birds are quite entertaining. Quiet neighborhood, great location and you can get to lots of shopping sites. Ideal.

Swan Lake House

Comfortable, well appointed home close to community amenities. Convenient to I-75 for travel north and south. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay again if we return to that area.

Second Visit Just as Grand as the First

This was our second stay. The place was immaculate. The beds are comfortable. Drinking coffee in the lanai in the morning watching the sunrise over the lake, priceless.

Excellent property!

We did not want to leave! The layout and decoration of the house plus the awesome view of the lake was the perfect place for us to relax as we waited on our new home to be ready for move in.

Birthday celebration, reunion

A friend and I stayed at Swan Laje House for 12 days visiting nearby friend fir milestone birthday and reunion with family. The property is well equipped, clean and comfortable for us two adults. We enjoyed the community pool just across the street.

Peaceful Stay at the Swan Lake House

A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped home on beautiful grounds in Sun City Center. Enjoy the sun rises and sun sets. Be entertained by all the beautiful water fowl. We will return.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay. Carla is very responsive. Everything was as described but the lanai was even better. Loved watching all of the wildlife. Especially at sunset. Will be back!

Best of Everything!!

Our host Carla was amazing. Responded very fast. Location was near everything. The home was immaculate and the view from the extremely large lanai was absolutely breathtaking. Super comfortable king size beds and entire accommodations were clean and homey and comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again. No matter what you are looking for, this home has it.

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had Thanksgiving dinner in the large lanai at the back of the house overlooking Swan Lake. Carla responded quickly to a few questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and shopping was convenient. We are happy we found this house and hope to be back in the spring for another visit.

Excellent Property

I found this property somewhat last minute and I’m so glad I did! Communication with the owner was excellent and she answered all of my messages quickly. I truly enjoyed waking up every morning and looking out at the lake to watch for the swans and other wildlife. I also have to say this is one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in. I would definitely consider returning if I ever have a need to do so in the future.

The Perfect Place

Carla’s‘s place is cute, clean, roomy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Being able to ride the bikes in the neighborhood was fun. We love the lanai. It was a great place for eating dinner and for drinking coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake. We really enjoyed watching all of the birds around the lake. Especially the Osprey, who would come every night and some mornings to fish. The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Good value

Directly across street from all sun City 55+ activities, but too far for upscale restaurants and beaches. Minimum 45 minutes each way. Plenty of space albeit with some minor improvements needed. Loved the view every morning and evening, almost made up for the beach travel. Excellent communication by owner.!

Sun City Center Swan Lake

It was wonderful. The view was so very peaceful. We had several people to visit and we were centrally located to all. We ended up liking the little beach at Bahia Beach as it was never crowded and the restaurant there was perfect for us. We went to restaurants in Apollo beach, Sarasota, Venice and others. The grocery and CVS were extremely handy. Carla was extremely helpful in every way possible. The strawberry festival in plant city was a great venue for entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Carla for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Great place with amazing owner!

The Swan Lake house was a welcomed sanctuary during our week stay while waiting for our movers to arrive while starting a new job in the Tamp Bay Area! The house was very well stocked and super clean! Carla has put a lot of thought into her home and making sure her guests have a great, at-home experience! Hands down the best owner we have rented from on VRBO! Carla is super supportive and has added lots of little details to her home. Instructions for everything in the home were very clear, and Carla was available for questions. Beds were very comfortable, and sitting in the sunroom overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Kitchen was very well stocked, shower was great, and the home is close to a Walmart and Publix. The community is very safe, and the pools were great! I would absolutely rent from Carla again! If you are looking for quiet, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, then this is your spot!
