Relájese y renuévese en este refugio de TN River, convenientemente ubicado en Watts Bar, cerca de Tellico, Kingston, Knoxville y Rockwood. Esta nueva casa de estilo artesanal está ubicada en el río Tennessee en la zona rural y tranquila de Loudon, Tn. Esta hermosa casa ofrece un diseño espacioso con 3200 pies cuadrados y tiene capacidad para 15 invitados. Es perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada romántica, y con un muelle privado, es perfecto para divertirse al sol.

Esta casa de dos niveles ofrece 3 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños, y el espacio adicional para dormir está disponible en los cuatro sofás extraíbles. En el primer nivel, encontrará dos exquisitas suites principales con baños principales que incluyen duchas de azulejos lujosas y de gran tamaño. Cada habitación tiene entrada a la cubierta posterior que tiene una gran área protegida con amplios asientos para que todos puedan sentarse y disfrutar del hermoso paisaje. It was a beautiful place to stay! The driveway was a little hard to find. The walk down to the water and back upis very steep, but the great thing is you can drive your vehicle down and back up!

Great property, right on the river. Had an issue with the door keypad about half way through the stay but communication was great and had it resolved within 30 minutes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great River Location

The house was great for renting a boy at the nearby marina and docking it to stop for lunch and breaks from a day on the water. Plenty of space for our family. Everyone enjoyed their time here.

Great time

6 adults had a fantastic time at the lake house. We had a couple of minor things come up but the owner was very quick to reply and made sure we were satisfied with his response. House was a little difficult to find, as there is a new home being built off the same driveway and we got confused at first. The hill to the water is steep. A lot of time spent on the screened in back porch! Perfect for what we needed it for.

4 day get a way

Good Stay, plenty of room. Boat Dock was a huge success for fishing and swimming. Family loved the back deck. Garage should have been cleaner. Weeds needs to be cut. Last guess at your place never took the garbage to the road. Both red cans were full when we got there. We took their garbage and ours to the road at top of the hill. Overall very pleased with our stay. Would like to stay again someday,

Loudon stay

Beautiful home and perfectly located in Loudon near plenty of stores.. driveway is a tad steep and walk to the water is also steep but overall one of the nicest cabins we have rented and i rent quite often. Beautiful view of the water and nice large dock on the water. Would definitely rent this again

Great lake house getaway

Nice place on the river

Nice vacation spot if you are looking for something on the river and close to nice golf courses. My friends enjoyed time down by the river, and on the back balcony.

Nice, spacious, and private house with a concrete drive/walkway to the lake. We had a great family vacation and would stay here again.

Beautiful lakefront property

We had a great time at the property. The main living level is nice because it has two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms and an additional powder room. The basement sleeping arrangements are unusual. On bed space does t have a door and the the other room has three beds in it. It worked for our college age children because they don’t require much privacy yet. We used the paddle boards and the owner was very helpful making sure the paddles arrived so we could experience paddle boarding on the lake. The hill down to the water is very steep and could be difficult for anyone elderly or with knee problems etc. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a lake week in Eastern TN. Family vacay

Overall we had a great experience. One issue came up with the a/c but the owner was very responsive and had it resolved quickly. Only feedback would be the outdoor seating areas could use cleaning regularly prior to guests staying. The inside was spotless and everything in the description was accurate. We truly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again in the future! Thank you Joe.

Tennessee wedding trip.

The house was amazing, all descriptions are accurate. We had between 4 and 12 people depending on the day and we had plenty of room and privacy. We had one hiccup, that being the water heater died on the second day. Pretty big hiccup and I thought maybe give 4 stars but the owner handled it very well. While we did have to take cold showers for the wedding he was very responsive and had his manager come out to check that day and managed to get a plumber out on a Saturday morning. I can’t blame him for the breakdown, things happen. His response was fast and he did the best he could. Wish the weather had been better and we could have enjoyed the fire pit and dock area. Both are lovely. We did enjoy the screened in porch both in the mornings and evenings. Would 100% recommend and stay again! Thanks Joe!

Couples Golf Get A Way

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and offered a variety of amenities. We did not use the outdoor fireplace as it was located down a steep walkway. There were no chairs and the firepit was filled with leaves and cans. Outdoor decks were also covered with leaves. Both the indoor and outdoor furnishings are getting tired and need to be replaced. The house was clean and we had a good time.

Awesome river front property! The boat traffic was minimal.

My freinds and I came together to reunite and relax while having a good time on the water. The home is very nice! The furnishings are getting a little tired but it is rental. I'm sure there is a reason the furnishings are low quality. I'm sure in this environment people are ruff on furnishings.

Wonderful house.

House was great layout for family. Joe was most responsive to our needs. Unlike many other rentals, house was fully stocked for kitchen, bathrooms, etc. We rented a boat from Long Island Marina and docked at house for 3 days. Great memories. Great house! Would highly recommend
