The guesthouse has 1 bedroom and a big ensuite 1 bathroom. An outstanding 12 x 4-meter pool with a small children pool. The main villa has fully equipped European kitchen with kitchen island, spacious nice living room with dining area, IPTV and smart TV. Big private garden with a beautiful outdoor seating/dining area. There is a nice shuffleboard where you can play against your family or friends. The shuffleboard can easily be changed to a big dining table by using the wooden protection plates. Outdoor kitchen with bar solution. The outdoor kitchen has a big fridge, griddle and 2 gas burners for cooking. All bedroom and living room have to air-condition. Free wifi/high-speed internet (fibre) on the whole property. Parking on the street. Washing machine. This villa was finished in November 2019.
