Stay was good and we had lots of fun with extended family. The condo met our needs but we did struggle with the tvs and WiFi and the host did not reply to messages.

We checked in late, and couldn't read the building number (hard to read in daylight as well) fortunately there was a person there who could direct us to the right building. So we loaded our bottled water and some food in the frig before heading to bed. The next day our bottled water and food was frozen in the frig. That by no means ruined the food and we were able to work around it, but you might check the settings to verify. The layout was great, the rooms great and in a great location.

Sisters weekend get away

Six sisters stayed in this beautiful condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. Everything was exactly as pictured on the web site. We will definitely return.

Great stay!

We are traveling with 12 family members and had never been to the Ozarks before. The communication was wonderful, the condo was wonderful with plenty of room, the pool was beautiful and the view beautiful. We went to Captain Bob's for a boat rental, about 20 miles away and had a great day. Visited the bridal caves which were wonderful as well as going to public beach 2, maybe 15 minutes away. It was a nice clean beach with restrooms. It was a great stay!

Family Birthday Celebration

Big, roomy place! Lots of fun boat watching from the big deck. Enjoyed breakfast and evenings out there. Plenty of spaces for all of us to spread out! We had a great time celebrating a 22nd birthday! Nice and quiet at night!

Excellent!!

Excellent place with great lake overview. Better than we expected! When things go perfectly, it’s easy to say “great service”. When things don’t go as planned (out of anyone’s control), that’s when you really find out how it is. I will spare the details, but I’ll say that they will do whatever it takes to make sure your stay is a great one.

Ozark Getaway.

Beautiful location. Much further from the day/night life of Lake of the Ozarks than we had planned. Listing indicated two king beds, there was not, which was accounted for in our original planning. Listing also indicated a heated pool. May weather is unpredictable. A heated pool would have been lovely.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Kevin was a great host! Made himself available for questions at any point and provided anything that was lacking. The space was great for a large group and worked well for little kids and adults alike. The mattresses were all a little worn out so there were a few sore backs in the morning, also the variety and size of baking sheets were limited (if you’re planning on cooking for a large group). Otherwise, everything was perfect! Great view, loved the location of the condo with respect to the lake view and pools. Would totally stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and the view at night, being able to see the cars go across the bridge, was amazing.There were some issues that I let the guest host know about however. The patio was covered in spider webs and there was a broom head on the patio that i used to knock them down. I guess the people prior to us had the same issue. It was advertised there would be 2 King beds and 1 Queen bed, however there was 2 Queen beds and 1 King bed. The television upstairs also was broken. It looked as if someone threw something at or punched it and the screen reflected that.I did express my frustration with those things to the guest host (to no response) but none of the issues were bad for us not to enjoy our stay. Had those issues not been there then it easily would have been five stars.

Nice condo, nice views

We were a group of eight, three generations and we all liked the condo. Only a few little things that we didn’t like. We were short on trash bags, only two for a four day stay. We couldn’t use the patio because of wasps, they brought spray, but it wasn’t effective enough. The man who was our contact was very helpful, he did try right away to fix the issues, which we appreciated very much. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Family Getaway

The location of this condo was great. The water is calmer in this area. The condo was big enough to accommodate our family of 10 easily & comfortable. Great view overlooking the lake. It was great to have a boat slip to store our boat. The pools were a great bonus & clean. The management staff was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

Golf outing

Great property and close to all the courses that we played. Upon arrival no water and the breaker was off for the hot water heater. Did not get that in the communication for check in but needed to know to turn both on for our stay. Outside of that one hiccup great place.

Great getaway condo

We enjoyed a four night stay. Spent time on the water, Ha Ha Tonka, and pool side. We played putt putt and found a couple nice coffee shops. The condo is as advertised. Clean and nice location. Only drawback is uncomfortable beds and bedding. Also there is a list of “maintenance” items that could use attention.
