The main living room, open to the kitchen, features a cozy fireplace, smart TV, couch, and armchairs—ideal for relaxing after a day on the course or lake. The kitchen is both stylish and functional with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee makers, counter seating for four, and a dining table for four just steps away. A bright sunroom with comfortable seating offers a peaceful spot to read, sip coffee, or take in the fairway views. Downstairs, the basement living room elevates relaxation with a wet bar, recliners, a couch, and even a massage chair—your own private retreat.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Guests have access to one 14x32 boat slip, located at the community dock, included with your stay.

• A golf cart is available for $125 per day and must be rented for the full length of your stay. If interested, please reach out after booking to secure access.

• Portable crib provided.

• Driveway and garage parking for 3 vehicles available.

• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, TeeTime Green. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combination unit, TeeTime, for access to both properties during their stay

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Only dogs under 50 lbs are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

• Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

• Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.

• Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless they are secured in a crate or carrier.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.

• Guests are responsible for complying with all local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside the rental property.

• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
