Hosts were great and very communicative. It was also good to have parking included. There were noise issues within building so lost couple nights sleep but hosts dealt with it.

Regarding the noise, this was due to an unexpected HOA-mandated emergency repair within the building, something entirely outside of our control and not reflective of the usual experience at the property. As noted, we addressed the situation promptly once notified. We’ve hosted guests for many years with consistently excellent reviews, and situations like this are extremely rare. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely come back. Just a few minor issues. I'm only 5'4" so I could barely reach to hang clothes. Dining table needs adjustment. A bit wobbly. Sturdier pillows would be nicer on sofa.

4 nights stay

Conner was very responsive and accommodating when we had to check in a little earlier and checking out a little later due to our travel from and back to Zurich. The unit was positively as described. Space was big enough for me and my daughter. Location was perfect for our stay and the direct parking was perfect for us. Thank you so much for making our stay and experience very comfortable.

Clean and very courteous

The rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean. The rental is fully stocked. My only suggestion for renters is to bring water with them or a type of filter if you need filtered water to drink. But the tap water is fine honestly. But that doesnt take away from thr rest of the rental The check in process was so quick and easy. The manager met me at the lobby and walked me to the parking spot and to the room. The manager was polite friendly and just so sweet. He let me know to call or text if I needed anything at all. I had to change my check in time due to traffic and the host was very prompt with responding back and understanding. Will definitely book with this host in the future. This rental was cleaner than any place I've stayed before.

Problems with the water in the building made for a cold shower the first night of arrival however hosts were responsive and let me know about the issue and when it would be resolved.

As shared prior to the shutoff, the building management scheduled an emergency, building-wide water repair from 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM. We promptly passed that notice along to you in advance so you would be aware, and the issue was fully resolved by the next morning. While the temporary interruption was outside of our control, we did our best to communicate clearly and ensure the matter was addressed as quickly as possible. We understand that even brief disruptions can be inconvenient, though this was a short-term building repair rather than an issue specific to our home. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Great location.

This was a great property in a wonderful convenient location. It was very clean and quiet and the owners were easy to reach. The parking spot included made such a difference making it easy to access and very safe. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this property.
