We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

SMOKE-FREE POLICY:

🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.

🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.



HOUSE RULES:

🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).

🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).

🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.

🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
