BEACHFRONT Low Density 2BD/2BR Condo!

Our 7th floor condo sits directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It sleeps 6 and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for the family! It features a large 20x8ft balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful emerald coast view. Both the primary bedroom and living room feature balcony door access and gulf front water views.

The condo complex has two gulf front pools (one heated in the cooler months) and two small kiddie pools (not heated) and is just a short boardwalk to the white sandy beach.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, there's plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby.

This low density (only 48 units), beachfront condo features:
-Direct Beachfront access
-2 bedroom/2 bathroom (sleeps 6)
-Keyless entry system
-Complimentary wifi
-Primary bedroom has a queen bed and writing desk, custom walk-in shower
-Second bedroom features a new queen bed (purchased June 2025) with a twin trundle bed underneath (sleeps 3). Small/stand-up shower.
-Living room has a new queen-size sleeper sofa purchased January 2025 (sleeps 2).
-3 new smart TVs (log into your personal streaming apps), plus Dish network
-Washer/dryer in unit
-Stocked kitchen
-Starter pack of dish soap and detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, and soap.
-Kitchen table for four plus 2 bar stools at the bar
-Communal luggage carts available in the lobby
-Pack n play
-Complimentary board games, puzzles, and books

On-Site Parking:
-$30 parking pass per vehicle, per stay (2 vehicle maximum), paid at the guard stand. Per HOA rules, no trailers, campers, attachments, and motor homes etc. are allowed in the parking lot.

**Additional Information:
-No smoking/vaping (no smoking inside or outside on the balcony).
-Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years of age.
-No Pets
-No Parties
-Bath towels included, but please bring your own beach towels
-Beach chairs/umbrella are not provided
-For stays longer than 8 nights, we require our cleaner to clean/change bedding/provide fresh towels, etc. during the stay. This will be an additional cleaning fee that will be added after booking.

Guests are required to send the following information to host within 24 hours of booking:
-Must sign rental agreement contract and copy of ID
-Names and ages of all guests.

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and had all the amenities and more. The beds were so comfortable and the towels smelled amazing! I appreciated the coffee pods to start the morning. The balcony was perfect on the cool, windy days and we watched the dolphins from the balcony almost every day! We would definitely consider staying here again! We were within walking distance of a cute coffee shop and a couple restaurants. Katie had us well prepared for check in and sent us a guide for the area. She quickly responded to my messages and we appreciated being able to get into the condo a couple hours early!

Katie was very responsive to all my inquiries! The location to the beach and downtown was perfect! What was best…was the little things…the basket of bathroom supplies. It literally had everything in it. We didn’t need them but it was nice to know they were there just in case. The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for everyone’s privacy!! Will definitely stay again.

Unit was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities that a guest would need and more. Location is perfect. Host provided all the information needed such as specifics on parking. We had a great trip.

Everything about this place is exactly as advertised—and more. The condo is clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The views of the Gulf are absolutely stunning, and the beach itself is pristine and well cared for.Katie is an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and very easy to work with. We first stayed at her condo in 2022 to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday and loved it so much that she brought me back for my 60th. Once again, we were not disappointed. Katie went out of her way to make sure our stay was special.If you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot with an outstanding host, I can’t recommend Katie and her condo highly enough

Our stay at this Gulf Shores condo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking oceanfront view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away made the entire trip feel like a dream.The condo itself was spacious and well-equipped, offering more than enough room for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and the living area was cozy, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. The best part, though, was definitely the private balcony – the perfect spot to watch the ocean and sip on a cold drink.Additionally, the location was ideal, with several fantastic restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Whether we were in the mood for seafood, casual dining, or something a little more upscale, we had plenty of options to choose from.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning again and again. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy some beach time, this is the spot. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!

The condo was fantastic! The location and the low density of the condo can't be beat. Love being on a beach without being on top of each other. Plenty of room on the beach and pool to never feel crowded. We had a couple issues, nobody's fault, and Kate was extremely responsive and got the problems rectified immediately. I would happily recommend this unit to any friends or family looking for a place in Gulf Shores.

Perfect ocean front condo

Four ladies over 55! The condo was perfect! The balcony view is ocean front w/ Plenty of room & very comfortable seating. The living room seating is plentiful & comfortable. The sofa sleeper bed is VERY comfortable. Washer & dryer are fast & work great. Loved having the Dyson vacuum handy to get up sand quickly. Bathrooms and kitchen have great water pressure. All furniture & appliances are in great condition and work great. Thermostat easy to operate. Location is perfect to get to everything. Beach service to rent umbrellas and chairs easy to use. Parking convenient no trouble finding a spot . It was 4 th of July weekend we watched fireworks from the balcony. Lots of families out and about I felt safe the entire visit. Beach was not over crowded. Pool very well kept and plenty of pool chairs! The Hangout was fun for dinner. Beware of Bahama Bob’s Beachside cafe. They said 15 min wait . Paid parking and didn’t get called to the table for 90 minutes. Skip dinner at Barometer Waterfront Grille. Very expensive and no one enjoyed their entire meals. For the it all should be excellent. Fish River Grill was excellent-all of it from the entree to the side dishes.

Perfect Stay!

The condo was nice and clean, right on the beach and exactly as pictured. My kids enjoyed the games and puzzles in the living room as well, so that was a nice little touch. Checkout process was easy and location is perfect!

My husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and we absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect in every way! The views from the bedroom and living room were so good! The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect we walked and rode bikes anywhere we needed to go. The condo was spotless and well stocked. Katie was great with all communication we just couldn’t have been more pleased it was a great get away!!!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, equipped for our basic needs, beautifully furnished and perfectly located right on the beach. We enjoyed amazing views and the occasional dolphin sighting from the balcony each morning. Kate was wonderful to work with, very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back.
